Yeh the title should be relevant to the content as a whole. Something like “An update on my week” (and seeing the surgeon). Even I’m starting to wonder a lot more now about these sensationalised titles.

She's more realistic than Matt... she says in 5 years time, cos that's the time you have to go through to be cancer free according to the medical field. In the car, check Amma, she's been crying. She needs to start eating, the plate Matt brought into the living room... I hope that was just for T and not for them both? How can they eat so little;

sorry I just had to. anyway I just wanted to point out that she 100% reads this forum. all the posts here about matt's inappropriate hug from the last video and she uses a similar awkward grab from behind as her thumbnail? She's trying to annoy us.

That scene with Matt telling her that he taught her everything she knows and then following up by teasing her into admitting that he taught her loads of stuff? Weird. "and what have you taught me?" this is the first time I've found matt to be inexplicably weird and off. Did I imagine the whole thing? It's late over here and I'm sleepy. LOL. That's how bizarre it was.

Those sausages looked extremely burnt. Carcinogenic processed meats should be the last thing on Tiffany's menu, but sure let's char them till they're all black and burnt. MMMMMM yummy yummy yummy.

She actually asked the surgeon if she could not see the other surgeons involved and just do the surgery?! This girl is beyond idiotic!!! How can she even consider that? Does she have no bleeping desire to understand what is going to happen? She imagines herself waking up from surgery with a bit of pain that she will get thru in a month and then she will be back to normal life. Whatever they remove or do to her it will all be fine right? she is in for the rudest awakening in her life.

oh my goodness. I have so much more to say but I cannot, I gotta go to bed.
 
I actually felt she toned the annoying-ness down just a tad.
I found it telling that she requested to just have the surgery and skip the other DR. appts. and the answer was she has to know ALL they are going to be removing and doing to her so she can consent. Gave the impression that she really might not know or still be in some denial about the total extent of this operation, or at least her surgeon may feel that way.
I also did feel sad for all of them in the car on the way to the hospital. They are only human and anxiety of this magnitude would be brutal for anyone. Hopefully family therapy is really sought out to at least allow everyone to talk through it because it doesn't seem like they communicate feelings very well.
