Also,

Maybe it's just me, but it bugs me the way she titles these videos with "His Disney AP", "His 3rd Birthday", "His First Haircut". How would non-Stans know who "His" refers to?

And she can't say it's to "protect" him.
They are remaking Charlie Chaplin films from 1914/1915 -- His Favorite Pasttime, His New Profession, His Musical Career, His Trysting Place, His Prehistoric Past, His New Job

Are you sure? We are having our backyard pavered and our driveway replaced (from concrete to pavers). Total job is $17,000.00 and we put 50% down. There are no liens on our property
My husband just gave me the example that when we put in our pool, the cage company put a lien until the job was completed and they got their money from the pool contractor (who we paid directly). There was no lien for our pavers or other pool equipment. There was no financing or loan or payments on our end. We put a deposit down. It was something the cage company did so of some part fell through they weren’t out the cost of the materials.

So my answer is it totally depends on the job, the suppliers and the contractors, I guess?
