I'm also INFJ-T and like @Orangebird work is just the worst place for me. All these self inflated arseholes patting themselves on the back about tit and bragging about how good they are, how inclusive and supportive etc when the truth is if you don't go to the pub with them regularly or spend all day talking shite then you are very much excluded from the clique. They never listen to my advice or experience until its almost too late. They're usually at least 6-12 months behind my thinking and when they do catch up, they present it like new ideas. I dislike most of my peers. Working from home helps as I can ignore them and concentrate on supporting my team cos they are great. Actually, I am not surprised many of us are Infj as most of my friend circle is too. I guess we're just drawn together. And by friend circle I mean people I keep in touch with on social media. Like others have said, I have a small handful of friends that accept who I am, and my grown kids are my best friends and first choice to hang out with. I get sick and tired of people telling me I should get out more or thinking I'm unhappy. I'm not!! I have so much I enjoy at home alone and I think sitting in a pub all night getting embarrassingly drunk and talking trivial crap is just hell!!
INFJ-T and happy!
