And again … what is this supposed to prove?
SH didn’t know Ngozi from Adam … she could be on Santa’s naughty or nice list. It makes no difference.
She was rude to a guest at her employers and other people felt uneasy about it.
that’s it. No one made her be rude. No one said this person can possibly be rude to people, so it’s fine to fill your boots. No one duped her into it.
she was rude. If she is too old to not be rude to the guests of her employers then perhaps it’s for the best if she does retire.
everything else is just white noise.

I get funny vibes from N Fugazi.

The fact that she previously claimed that BP was racist towards MM (because of the balcony !!!!!) and then she goes on TV and onto Twitter just as the Wales's start their tour and the Sussexes drop their Netflix promo with dramatic statements ("I had to protect my family").

I wonder what her motive is? Would it not be to promote her charity and raise awareness of DV? Did she achieve this?

I might be totally unfair to her, but I have the feeling she has a bit of a chip on her shoulder about racism and privilege and the quoted tweet does not surprise me.
If you want to fight domestic abuse, why do you care if someone is "mixed race" or any race in particular, would you not simply want to help?

These are two different things.

SH was rude (potentially racist) and there were consequences.
NF went public and talked about her experience of racism at BP on TV and social media.

There is something about how and when this incident was made public that doesn't sit right with me.
NF said the BRF did not reach to her. Why did she not reach out to them to address the issue, instead of tweeting it?

This is what I would have done. If someone / an employee or a representative of an organisation is mistreating me, I raise it with the organisation first.

It would be very 21st century if the Royal family collapses under the weight of instagrams and Netflix documentaries (although I don’t seriously see that happening).
It does feel like a very inauspicious start to a new reign to have two branches of the family fighting for attention and a racism scandal. It will be very interesting to see how Charles tries to manage the situation.
I don’t think any of them will ever earn the respect and admiration the Queen had. Charles doesn’t seem that interested in being king , Camilla certainly doesn’t enjoy the role she’s had to take ,she’s like a wet weekend in every pic and who can blame her at her age , that’s a time you should be putting your feet up not taking on extra work.

I have always liked Camilla, even though I am not a Royal Family fan.

who, at that point would she raise it with? Camilla?
Hey, Cam … i know we haven’t been introduced and I know you’re busy but that lady over there was rude. Sort it.
or the footman?
maybe she thought she would be fobbed off.
If she felt she wanted to tweet … thats up to her.

Well, BP has an address and a phone number. And there will be someone who managed the event she attended?
She could have approached a staff member and asked who she could complain to about the treatment she has received.
NF set up a charity, she should know how to approach people and organisations.

If she wanted to approach Camilla, who she stood close to, she could also have addressed her with "Her Majesty", instead of calling her "Cam" as you suggested.

Of course it is "up to her" if she wanted to tweet, but I wonder what she wanted to achieve.
Especially as she also said that she would have wanted BP to "reducate" SH instead of letting her go - how should BP know what she wants if she doesn't talk to BP? Does BP have a crystal ball?

Her way of dealing with it seems to me (my opinion) to be tailored towards bringing negative attention and further allegations of racism against the BRF, especially in light of NF's earlier tweets (eg about the balcony appearance being racist).

Does anyone else look at the picture NF put up and think why would you take a selfie with such a filthy background? The grime on the walls is something else!!
