I am a bit shocked at myself to talk about Ms Fulani as Ms Ngozi. My bad.
SH was completely out of line at one point, no matter if you think she is a racist or fell into racist conversation points or just think she was a bit drunk and in high spirits (Getting drunk at work would be problematic as duck as well) or is an old lady without filter.
While I do think you should always complain to the organisation directly before taking stuff to social media (not necessarily to give them time to react but just out of principle. A quick mail and then writing the tweet), this was her choice of action.
I do have a problem with the words “abuse” and “traumatised” but this might be the language barrier. In my country those are VERY strong words and this conversation, while bad, most definitely wouldn’t fit. More in the direction of shocked, highly uncomfortable, patronised and embarrassed- which are also very strong negative description- again in my language.
That’s still her choice though. I hope this publicity will not backfire on her organisation (not all publicity is good for charities and there are some crazies out there who will dig up dirt on her and the charity now).

I agree with you, apart from the fact that I think she should have attempted to sort the matter with the palace. So not tweet directly after emailing them, but give them the opportunity to discuss.

I do think that she has tarnished the reputation of her charity. Especially as her charity seems to cater to certain communities and hence does not seem to disregard "heritage".

When are we going to get both sides of the story? From hearing one side of the story, the accused has been branded a racist and whisked of, banished, never to be seen or heard of ever again.
William has sealed his own fate by his actions and words. Basically admitted the royals are racist. They aren't.
The victim in this is no victim although she has a victim mentality. She goaded a woman who for whatever reason couldn't remember the correct word, heritage? background? nationality? The reason for the question was pertinent to the gathering. It wasn't a random question. This woman has in her social media bio her heritage, so, we know she isn't normally so sensitive about discussing it. Ngozi has cried to social media, she is part of the BLM social warrior mob and a reverse racist. Yes she is the racist.
It's all there in black and white, pun unintended on her twitter which no doubt she will delete.
There has been a huge injustice and the injustice is not Ngozi, she was the agitator with a chip on her shoulder and will be happy with this outcome as it will be the beginning of the end for the RF.

I have absolutely no idea why Ngozi Fulani didn’t, but perhaps after being subjected to racism she felt uncomfortable raising an issue of racism with an establishment accused of racism by one of their own family members.
