I quite enjoyed tonight's vlog about Chenonceau---it was magnificently eye-opening, inspiring, and heart-warming.
It made me want to have a gay best friend and social-climbing buddies to attend a porcelain conference and go broncanting with!

Fanny announces that Marie has this bird set in Gekneeevah. When we saw Marie shopping for seconds at the Limoges putlet she bought artsy white plates. I don’t believe Fanny. Is it a cover because they have bought some for themselves?

We were up early to run errands and then spent the day inside, apart from dashes out to the clothes line to hang laundry.
It reached 43C in Castlemaine, 47C in Ouyen and Walpea. There's an out of control fire near Ballarat with residents being evacuated from Creswick.
How did you fare?

Sadly there are those fools who will. Maybe Viv's extended family will fund her, poor little dear.

I phoned my bestie in Italy yesterday and she normally does a huge dinner for friends on the 26th December, she's had a real shite year this year so has knocked it on the head.

What she has decided to do is to put all of her bad luck aside and as she already works for the Confraternite di Misericordia, which is a bit like the St John's Ambulance, she's volunteered to work over the Christmas period instead. They will making sure the elderly, those in need and homeless are looked after.

Perhaps little Miss Go Fund Me Another Gap Year, should put her begging aside and do something worthwhile instead.

Loser Herbert Philip’s cheeks and ears turned red after his Mummy fake fiance Stephanie told him no and would not buy the tiny desk for him. He uses the same tactics on Stephanie as the gruesome twosome use on viewers., e.g., this gift would be perfect for …….., we need this for ………., we always need chairs, I need to reunited my porcelain family and complete my collection, etc.

Looks like Philip is not only a sex pest but also an antique and shopping pest. He is relentless in pestering Stephanie to buy him loads of crap on a daily basis. How exhausting.

I do not understand why CD viewers cannot grasp the concept that Simon works full-time for a living And will not be present at the Château or with Permasmile 24/7 .

I believe Bella may be in graduate school or applying to graduate school in microbiology or biochemistry and that is why she may be with her mother in the recent videos. I thought I recall her talking about getting a PhD. In microbiology. My niece is currently working on her PhD in microbiology and it is a six year program, where you have to take a couple of classes each semester as you work in a lab, usually in a hospital setting, participate in publishing academic research papers in medical/ scientific journals with physicians, other people with doctorates in microbiology or related scientific fields, etc. My niece was accepted into the PhD program after graduating from undergraduate school, was required to work one year in a lab full-time, and was then admitted into a six year program that leads to a PhD degree. Bella may be going back for a Ph.d in her area of graduate studies, after obtaining a master’s degree. I don’t believe her PhD program will be six years as it is for my niece in the United States where I believe that the masters and the PhD program were somehow combined into a six year program ending in a PhD degree. My niece has to work over 40+ weeks per year in a hospital laboratory setting, in order to meet the requirements necessary for the PhD program.

I do not know what the requirements are in the UK or France in regards to obtain a PhD in biochemistry or microbiology. She might be home on Christmas break or not And hanging out with her mother.

I am really surprised that Simon did not stop her from that outrageous behaviour. I credited him with having a bit more morality and sense. Coming from that family, she has no need of begging. Also, if she has a Master's degree in some aspect of science, why hasn't she got a job? I don't like her manners, either!

Yes, you are correct, she was going to uni, but I don't recall ever seeing that she graduated. I'm sure she did graduate, but who knows. I recall a post by Vivienne in Brenda's FB group where she said that "Isabella was curing cancer". Yes, she said it just like that - and am certain that I even posted a screenshot of it here, just am too tired to go look for it. I thought it meant she HAD a job, possibly working for a firm that does cancer research or something and in no way assumed that Isabella was single-handedly saving the world with her cancer cure!

Not to mention it's a very bad look for her parents. I cannot imagine my daughter living in a French Chateau while begging for money to fund her travel expenses. It's trash behavior.
