I don't know if you've seen this on Youtube, but I'm bringing it up because this journey is a delight for the eyes. Not even in Fanny and Snort's wildest dreams will they be able to reach such a level of exquisiteness, good taste and finesse.

Were Fanny to have millions upon millions to splurge on her shiteau, she could not hope in a thousand years to ever be able to emulate the taste in design this gentleman has. His taste is exquisite, compared, hers is trash. All that money and she still can't see that her impressions of what elements are desirable in chateau design and decor, are crap. Her ability to discern what is of high quality, and/or of a high aesthetic standard will never have the refinement, grace and elegance, nor the polish and finesse that this cultured interior designer has.

The only thing she can possible do is burn lieLande down to the bare bones and begin again. Preferably without Little Lord Fondletoy, because when it comes down to it, the dirt under his toenails probably has more taste than whatever the hell goes on in his head when it comes to staging a room.

Was that Mary Poppins at 12.11 with her back to the camera?
It wouldn't surprise me if MP was there washing up & putting away dishes. Dishwasher Dave hasn't been in the last few vlogs (is he away in London?)

Yep. I bet it is it is this designer and Company. They made the pop-up cards for Versailles, Stephanie is obsessed with Versailles. She even had an old pool table Restored by the same expensive company that restored the pool table at Versailles. The cards featuring the crumbling Dump would be additional bragging rights for her, just like getting 2 Prague ratters in one year because hundreds of years ago they were owned by Czech royalty or like purchasing tens of thousands of euros in porcelain related or connected to Versailles or royalty, paying to go to the balls at Versailles, and making about a dozen trips to Versailles discount for new antiques to try to purchase for the dump. Stephanie has a long standing Marie-Antoinette fetish. Other status symbols, Stephanie claiming that she was made a lady or dame or something like that in France, purchasing the Givenchy chest, claiming she was upgraded to a suite in Venice that was used in a motion, picture, etc. She and the other dump crew owners and members will likely use them as personal Christmas cards, birthday cards, correspondence, cards, etc.

Didn’t they take the drawing of the dump from the architect plans submitted to the local government officials and use that for the card?

She will likely do some of the chapel next to sell.

It likely cost a chunk of money to have the status Dump cards designed a manufactured by this design firm. Stephanie writes it all off as a business expense and keeps a crap load of them for herself. So predictable.

Once upon a time, long long ago Mr Gertrude Maud had a lapse of taste which we refer to as his Miami Vice phase . . . an Italian white silk suit; a pink polo shirt and white Gucci goat skin lace ups. Whenever he wore this outfit to a restaurant, I would put distance between the two of us as we walked down the street and pretend not to know him.

Château de La Lande, France ……why no orange fencing? No trees attached to posts and wires around the fountain?
$14.00 per card plus $6.00 shipping to the United States = $20.00 for one LieLande pop up card.

Experience the magic of the Chateau de Lalande with our beautiful pop-up cards. Each card transforms into a stunning 3D model of the chateau, with its soaring towers and central fountain. Bring a piece of France to your home by leaving it open on your desk, or send a card to your loved ones as a unique gift.

The cards wrap closed to form their own envelopes, which can be sent through the post. On the interior of the card there's a space to write your message.

They are made in Italy from high-quality paper.

The proceeds from the sale of the cards will go towards the renovation of the Grand Salon and Terrace.

Limited stock available.

$14.00 per card plus $6.00 shipping to the United States = $20.00 for one LieLande pop up card. They are not going to make a dent in the sums needed for the not so grand salon reconstruction and the complete destruction in reconstruction of the terrace and terrace steps. I believe Stephanie, one of the cards for herself and the other owners , they ordered them as a status product from the Italian manufacturer and design company, and are going to try to sell a few to patrons and viewers to make it look like the gruesome twosome are working hard to try to earn money for projects at the dump. It is all smoke and mirrors bullshit. Just like Loser Philip and his online shop where he sells chipped porcelain and gifted porcelain back to viewers and Patrons at an enormous markup. It is all scripted bullshit.

Yet again a mystery illness ‘cold’ going around the chateau! This is very likely to be Covid and with anyone that’s vulnerable/ old we now know the effects this has on their body! In fact anyone of any age is risking long Covid! Pls take this seriously…..

This might seem a little off the wall......but I heard today there is a hurricane heading towards France. We here in eastern US have experienced absolute devastation in some parts of our country due to Hurricane Helene, and we're not even near the coast. Just wanted to say.....please don't underestimate the power of a hurricane. I can't remember exactly where you live, but it doesn't hurt to prepare.

Maybe I missed a video where you explained this, but I wanted to ask you, why are you having such a hard time getting your heating system in? It seems like it's been three years or more with no heat. You are all sick again, and no heat. What is holding up the finishing of the heating system. I'm old, so heat in winter is really important to me! lol I just thought it would be a priority over everything else. I hope you all are back to well very soon.

Last fall, a subcontractor of the heating company fell off the roof and died. The heating company had put in some of the wood stoves and the boilers in the new boiler room. Amaury lined the boiler room as a fireproof box. Amaury put a vent through the roof into the Tack room. Amaury put the vent through the Tack room roof. Stephanie redecorated the Tack room, and it was used as a gite again. Stephanie said the heating company will be back but not filmed while working.

I just ordered 4 cards! So happy to have a piece of LaLande to share with my family. I don’t know if you understand the impact your channel has had on me, and your followers. I am a better human because of you, Steph, and the LaLande legacy

Totally off subject, but I just am hoping that everyone there is aware of Hurricane Kirk, and the fact that France is in its path. Extremely high winds predicted. Stay safe!

I for one would never buy a pop-up card. I mean , what the hell do you do with them?

I see Elvis has entered the Falling Down Building that must be going through a Covid thing ....except Mummy 🦇 who is too mean to go to the Doctors.

If you want to go to sleep ...... just watch Bun Boy moving 3/4 of a ton of equipment and try to find his inspection holes !

Congrats Fanny - you've employed the three slowest handymen in all of France.
Their lack of progress is only equaled by the amount of time they are each on vacation and MIA.

No fresh eggs this year.

To watch Fanny and Snorts be such bad dog caregivers breaks my heart. I just lost my 15.5 year old. "foster failure". No one wanted her so I kept her. My longest living dog, a " rough collie"" shed like crazy, very protective, people were afraid to come in my yard. Never bite or was aggressive, just protective. She had a rough summer I finally had to let her go. The abuse that poor Ratso 2.0 has to endure makes me so sad. No training, no schedule, no real affection. He should live to be 15 or longer, I seriously doubt it. Hold your fur babies close and tell those you love that you do. Don't take life too seriously. Its not permanent.
I'm sorry. I can empathize with you. My 14.5 y.o. calico Southern belle was scheduled for a serious surgery this Monday past. I delivered her to the Vet first thing in the a.m.and by 10:30, they called to tell me that her bloodwork returned some sad results. I made the choice then...over the phone....maybe I already knew. 😥 My heart is in 100% when I take in any living thing. And the pain of the loss is suffocating. Sending hugs.
