Wavy Davy telling Fanny about plants.
Sorry ,Davey is not knowledgeable about plants, soil req, maintenance or Fanny’s demands.
He is now going to replace all the ilex crenata- very expensive slow growing plants with yew.
If Davey had done a soil analysis he would know ilex will not grow at the dump.
Fanny is going to have a dark pergola( which no one is allowed to see, so why are patron not unhappy about paying for the plants) shrouded in cypress and covered in evergreen jasmine that grows to 50 feet.

Fanny’s lies are weighing down her wrinkles.

At the ruin lots of huge plants , good homemade compost and the correct/plants for the location.
Dan appears to be taking off the hessian from the root balls here UNLIKE when he was working at the dump!?

Fanny has often said she does not like soup especially at supper time, however she deems it ok to be very late home when it is her turn to ‘ cook’ about her own luxurious lunch and serves lightweight courgette soup to her household.

If the tree is gone, will Davy replace the tree this week off camera , and smoke and mirrors Fanny will then film the courtyard trees with all of the trees intact or will she be timetraveling Fanny and just use old footage of the courtyard from last Christmas?

Fanny’s dog Ratso is always being physically manipulated and handled by Khillip.
 
The bit where Philip comes in with the baubles . . . that's a set up.
She knows exactly what he bought and why.
At one point he can barely contain his smirk/smile as he advances towards the camera.
The 'actor' is playing to the camera, to his 'shopaholic' reputation.
Going by the size of the baubles they are for a big tree, maybe something that is going to be set up outside.
And the others . . . they're all playing to the script.
That whole place has turned into a farce.
 
there has been a lot said here about Michael P, however kudos to him and Nick Moon for rebuilding this organ. Neither of them have done anything like this before, its a massive job and no easy task. Stephanie cant even get tiles put up in her kitchen, yet look at what the Pethericks have accomplished, especially as I mention this organ.. well done lads

I believe Stephanfraudie is using the repetitive 20 to 60 euro Emmaus purchases by Miss Chatelaine as a distraction tactic to keep the focus on his shopping addiction so she can sneak in loads of expensive new clothes, Louboutins, purses, totes, jewelry, multiple advent calendars, auction purchases, etc. undetected. It is her infamous “ look over there at Miss Chatelaine and how I am upset by him” wasting money” since I am so frugal I even purchased a 50% discount designer dog Ratso” and don’t look at the tens of thousands of dollars i spend monthly at auction, buying designer clothing for myself, and facial fillers/ Botox.”
