Hasn't Ben Carpenter and Sohee addressed something similar recently about unnecessary close contact and touching in gyms by trainers.

The advice from legal was ignore it, because the evidence and screenshots show that everything was true. I am paraphrasing now. The proof of racisim, fat shaming, bullying. As well as getting testimony from others experience of their bullying, how it affected them mentally, gave some Eating disorders as well as prolonged PTSD was first, enough that no business would want that becoming public knowledge and second, no judge with any worth would touch it after seeing proof that what was said was true especially where racism is involved. There might be some costs incurred but that is expected.

He done the same thing when he was chasing 2 ex affiliates it doesn't last long as his personality traits don't allow it. He will probably still be a nightmare behind the scenes.

Here is a thought, can anyone remember the video where he walked up to a lad in the gym and got onto him for belittling his mate. Why doesn't he go up to these perverts and get on to them. Or is it that he is alone with no recorder rolling so has no back up if they have a go back at him. Perving is not ok but seems to me only those that can be intimidated are called out then and there.

it annoys me how much he bangs on about his grandparents. I wish I could tell you more, but he definitely doesn’t think of much of them as he makes out and his grandad couldn’t stand him.
