TeamRH #5 Richie trustpilot he loves to flag, but we all know he's just a massive beanbag!

Screenshotted it in case anyone needs it

If I received one I’d just ignore. It’s not against the law to express an opinion about a service or a persons character. I’m sure plenty people call James smith and joe wicks but they don’t have paddies and and send out law suits. They probably have more sense and common decency to post the things that teamrh have in group chats tho.

I just watched this video and the way she describes Richie definitely sounds like the way he’s approached things like dealing with dissatisfied customers - i.e. just does whatever he wants.
I feel very sorry for Rachael. I genuinely think she's a nice person, but completely out of her depth into how Richie has moulded their business. I bet she's got loads of ideas about incorporating spiritual guidance into it and being more holistic, but obviously that doesnt fit with Richie's limited view of health and wellbeing. I can imagine him telling her mindfulness is lazy because that's 10 minutes stepping she could have done. I do hope she's finding the strength to do things her way, hopefully away from RH, she'd no doubt be very successful with the right people on her side and the right approach

What happens to a 'false review'?
If a business owner decides to take someone to court, the 'reviewer' will have to prove what was said was true. However, the business would have to prove the comment was defamatory and that they have suffered financial loss as a result.

When are the courts involved?
The next stage is a more direct approach. A letter from the business outlining the reasons for considering the review to be defamatory should be sent directly to the author of the review, threatening legal action if the review is not immediately removed.

I interpreted the bit I’ve italicised to mean it needs to be specific i.e. you’ve said X and it’s defamatory because… I’m not sure a generic letter sent to multiple parties for different reviews/reasons is enough. Not 100% sure but the more I read the more I’m convinced he’s just hoping to scare people.

I’ve phoned my legal advice and they say where it says suspects it’s sounding like a scare tactic and if not done anything to respond by asking them evidence.

Has anyone seen his most recent post about people being perverts in the gym. He’s taken what is probably a genuine issue and used it to try and make himself look important. Send me the details of the gym and I’ll threaten them basically. It’s so laughable. Of course I’m not condoning people being weirdos in a gym but I can’t imagine a massive national chain being scared of little old RH

The opening of a previous letter and the opening of the letter sent now. Two different solicitors near enough exact same opening paragraph. Wonder if solicitors work from the same template.

What happened that time ?

Is this man actually for real??? Giving advice to #makewomenfeelsafeagain

Advice coming from an abusive, misogynist that continues to call women cunts and witches, encourages staff members to call female members hideous, fat shames women and severely affects peoples mental health to the point that women feel completely unsafe!

And just for the record Richie, it's 'stare' not 'stair'.

Aww rach posted this morning I had a glimmer of hope that she might have been coming out to say she’d dumped the bastard. Still it was quite cryptic if you ask me but maybe I’m just looking for signs of hope that she’s getting out.
I always live in hope for her. He has wore her down so much so she is/was a shell of herself. She adapted psychologically to cope with how he is. I have been told from employees how he shouts at her. How he told her she wasn't instagram ready and had to do xyz. No wonder she is fatigued.

What happened that time ?
I can't comment publicly but 2019 I think was the year.

It may be that the law governing that particular action requires certain wording to be used in any letter before action.

I was just coming on to post about this. Also, it’s ok for him to then ‘call out’ the gym for not acting on the complaint, but we can’t expose him for his actions?!

He’s sees gym perverts in the gym every day, huh? Why would you go to another gym every day if you have one you installed (presumably with everything you need) at your own work? I sure hope he’s not making a false statement

Was it just a scare tactic then ?

I believe he sold off all that equipment once they had recorded their exercise videos and created more office space?

Is there any 'proof' the screenshots are recent? They may be from when the whistleblower was part of the group (maybe they still are- who knows!)
