You received a C&D letter - what are your options?

Ignore it? This is not a legally binding document. It is neither a Court summons nor legally binding contract so you are within your legal rights to ignore it bearing in mind it could lead to the sender pursuing litigation. Ignore at your peril. Money could be saved here by complying now rather than spending down the line for Court costs so have your wits about you!
Comply? Do what the letter asks of you! Cease and desist may be cheaper, less stressful and in the long run better for your business. Even if you disagree with the content if your actions are minor is it worth the threat of legal proceedings looming over you?
Respond? Calm down and respond calmly! A measured response dealing with each aspect of the C&D. Addressing the allegations, giving explanations, negotiating a way to keep you both happy. If you are so inclined fire back with a C&D of your own but be prepared for a battle.
Negotiate? It helps to talk and figure out a solution. If you’ve infringed an intellectual property right could you suggest a licence to use their right?

I just searched my old e-mails and found all the ones from when it was £3.50 a month with no contract, and you could chat in the calorie clubs etc- it’s quite a hike over the past few years and clearly what they were doing back then did work as it kept growing before the app and all the products they flog. Also found the e-mails re the amazing app going live - 3 years later and it’s still crap apparently (a friend just joined and couldn’t believe how little you get for your money)
I remember the calorie clubs, it was one of the reasons I joined, then they stopped it, and other than cult members kissing arse on the posts, or people who needed help getting told to stop being lazy or 'track for 2 weeks then come back' there was next to no community anymore

This was my experience too. The calorie clubs were helpful, and you could see them all too, so if you felt your cals were wrong, it was easy to access what you felt was a more appropriate group.

I never posted cos even back then I was scared of his reaction. Anybody that didn’t lose as predicted and dared to mention it was publicly ridiculed and told they were lying or not tracking or not hitting steps. 🤷‍♀️

As soon as the calorie clubs stopped, it was pointless. The price went up when the app came out, and I could never get the app to work, so it was pointless.

I found the initial info to be helpful, in understanding how to use macros, but there was no new information or motivation or support, so no added value at all, definitely not worth paying for.

I loved the calorie clubs and used to have a proper laugh in there, until it got moderated 👀👀👀. I left shortly afterwards because I felt he began to contradict himself alot. Best move ever 😀

I left once the calorie clubs got shut down as that’s what I was getting the benefit from

Where is this from. Have you had advice

Where is this from. Have you had advice
From Solicetors pages on Google by searching Cease and Desist Letter uk

No advice apart from google. I’m not signing something that implicates me in something I haven’t done, I’ve not shared any screenshots that they are referring too. I haven’t even made comments on them. They would have to show I did for it to go any further, Which they can’t.

I’m still ignoring and to take it further they’d need to find me first. Regardless, as someone has said, he’s rattled and losing his tit, lashing out trying to scare people. Thinking rationally, if he wanted to take any one of us to court, the amount of stuff that would come out against RH and his team, would kill them right down. This has to work both ways, how many of us have had unnecessary stress dealing with Christina - and we have the emails to prove that we all tried to cancel memberships in a rational manner but the ball buster is brainwashed to just say no. This is all brought about by their sheer inability to recognise good customer service. If they’d cancelled my membership when I’d asked, I’d never have found my way on to this forum in the first place.

Oooh still here posting screen shots - so he’ll need to dig even deeper to find the mole!
