TeamRH #5 Richie trustpilot he loves to flag, but we all know he's just a massive beanbag!

He's completely deluded. Bigger people with more money have tried to take on Tattle and failed. Who's he gonna sue? Innocent people who have been psychologically damaged by his bullying that have left a truthful review? Let them dig into it in court, his behaviour will equally be scrutinised

He's going to say these things in a group chat to look like he's taking people on because he knows there's a mole leaking all his bitchy convos

As I've said before, people who have been employed by him need to report him through the proper channels. You can't get away with bullying and sexism in the workplace anymore. Even small businesses have to toe the line.

For a start what is his complaints procedure? If he will not allow people to make an official complaint that is not fully investigated by an independent body (not Ritchie as he is the owner and biased!) That's illegal for a start. You cannot be head of HR and the company like he is

If that’s about the letters he sent out, you‘d like to think he had been given all the information and consequences of him doing this. I’ve not broken any law by being part of this forum and TRH have beached GDPR by giving my info to this Tiger Law crowd, that will be a phone call to citizens advice on Monday. If he had anything on any of us, surely that would have been included in a more personalised letter, not a generic one. I highly doubt a solicitor would have said he was justified sending me a letter because of my trust pilot review - good luck that standing up in court 🤦‍♀️

Anyone else hoping the person posting the screenshots is Rachel 🤣
Or Christina ahaha

I'd take the letter to the police and report him for harassment! You can't just pluck random people's details out of thin air and make accusations based on his paranoia 😳 isn't that why things like Trust Pilot are anon? To stop companies bullying consumers for being honest?

Trust Pilot isn’t anonymous though, you have to input order numbers to verify yourself as an actual customer. Regardless of that, if I got that email because I left a 1* negative review, then it backs up my comment on trust pilot that TRH meticulously manipulate all online content relating to them. Thinking on it, I am going to respond to that email and inform the solicitor that trust pilot is a platform for customers to leave honest reviews on their experience and to receive this email asking me to remove it is extreme and unethical, which I am not prepared or should be expected to do. If TRH really want to take that further, then lets see that laughed out of court.

It's not anonymous to Trust Pilot no, but it's supposed to be anonymous to the company you're reviewing? They in turn have to protect your details don't they? That's why they act as a middle man to stay impartial, but the amount of reviews that are getting flagged it doesn't look that way at all. They need investigating too

The company you are reviewing can see who left the review if they pay Trust Pilot for this service - not all companies do this. You can see that by some of TRH responses as their replies go in to detail about specific things.
So if I got this email because of my trust Pilot review, can’t be anything else, would I not be within my rights to report Tiger Law to a legal governing body. Surely its illegal business practice sending threats of action if I don’t take down a review?

Should I send the email to Trust Pilot, so actually show them the lengths TRH will go to have negative reviews taken down?

Instead of spending £145 per hour on a lawyer I suggest he spends it on an English tutor, he can't even spell ANOTHER!!!

Well said!!! He's an absolute joke!!! God knows what he's like to live with? I shudder to think??

It deffo doesn't sound right to me that you've received this threatening legal email just because you've left an honest review 😳 I probably would because they (trust pilot) will have their own legal obligations they have to fulfill. I'd say the purpose of sharing the info with the company you've reviewed , is for them to put things right with the customer, not further abuse your personal details to harass you. It's getting beyond now

The £145p/h phone call could’ve been about that crappy contract he’s hoodwinked people into signing up to. Or the kick off from the debt collection letters that were being sent out (or whatever they were).

It doesn’t matter to me when they were off. It’s apparent who he is and what he and his mates/affiliates think of team RH members and ex-members.

Are affiliates different from coaches then? I thought they were the same people.
Affiliates were tasked with enticing people into the cult. They got paid for this. They were members who had successfully lost on the programme.
The 'coaches' are voluntary (unqualified) members who have been handpicked to basically copy and paste responses to members queries.
