I think there are at least words and phrases that weren’t in her vocabulary before that appear in the Vault tracks. She’s always been great with words but she uses words that match the folklore/evermore eras more than the albums they appear on.
Same for things like ‘duck the patriarchy’ in atwtmv. There’s no way she was saying that when she was 22, I’m sorry 😂

And yet the worst bit is where she stopped writing lyrics and thought ‘thiiyiyiyis iyiyiyisss surely not what you thought it would be’ would suffice
 
Hello I mostly read and like 🙂But lyric talk made me think of picture to burn before it was changed and she says I'll tell mine you're gay. I understand it being changed as time goes on and agree that it was. However I always interpreted it as him not being able to get a girlfriend as people now think he's gay rather than gay being used as a direct insult if that makes any sense.

i definitely agree but think she gets away with this by still calling them taylor's versions from the vault in the same way that better than revenge / girl at home have been adapted for TVs too. i guess we'll never know unless any original demos get leaked

IION feels more like it was written after 1989 release but before rep imo

this has me even more convinced that the merch shown online are mock ups and then made based on quantity ordered by whoever can supply that amount - if they were made and ready to go then they'd be able to provide chest measurements and people wouldn't have this issue!
