Well, I'm neither listening to the only show I used to listen to (kev) not listening to the station anymore and not watching (don't like tv) don't know if I'll listen to Kev at weekend as it might not fit into my day. I wonder how many other listeners like me? It's good they've branched into tv but I wonder if its going to be profitable?

It's no different than GB News to be honest. They are the same, anti-'woke' and trying to be different. The same old guests, really nothing particularly new. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy seeing new news shows, but the anti-'woke' stuff is a bit irritating.

I say this, but I do enjoy Mark Dolan's show on GB News, along with the headliners show every night. Talkradio/TV can be pretty good, depending on the presenter.

On GBNews I like Colin Brazier, Alistair Stewart, Mark Dolan, Alex Philips, Mercy Muroki and Patrick Chrystys.

But I forget what times their shows are and always seem to switch on when it's either Dan Wootton, Farage or Michelle Dewbury.

Dan has surprised me though. I have found myself agreeing with him rather a lot!

I don't know what they are playing at with Kev.
His Sat and Sun shows were great.

Then they moved him to 5 a week in the evenings and now just one show at Sunday teatime and a shared Saturday show with the already omnipresent Mike Graham.

Do you think Kev's ratings might not have been as high as we think they were?

TalkTV's paltry Friday night offering (post 7pm, I do love Rob Rinder who is on just now) means that I'll head back to GB News later for Patrick Christys and maybe Mark Dolan. I really like Patrick but I've barely seen him since he left talkRADIO since I don't like his morning show co-host at GB much. Glad he has a primetime solo show now.

I would say that TalkTV's panelists have been better than GB News so far though, at least on the primetime shows.

I see that Jeremy is giving up drive for his new TV show later in the year:

Perfect chance to keep the old talkRADIO listeners happy and bring Kevin or Cristo back. Wonder if he keeps Friday breakfast.

When I checked on YouTube, Mike & Kevin were getting over 30x the number of YouTube viewers than other presenters today so putting them together for a weekly show is a good idea and should be one of the more successful ones in ratings.

Kevin's show and the last hour of Trisha's show today are radio only, not even on the TV. Bit insulting to them if you ask me. All for... more Piers repeats on TV! 🎉

Thanks for the info. I just put the telly on and it was Piers AGAIN!
I've had enough of him already.
I didn't know Kev was radio only.

I flicked Trisha on before and it was like she was recording it on a BlackBerry, maybe they pulled it due to technical difficulties?

I switched the telly off and I couldn't be arsed to listen to the radio either.

How ridiculous to have Kev on radio only so they can saturate the TV channel with even more Piers.
Are they deliberately trying to make us switch off??????

Howard Hughes has been shortened to 2 hours as well so that we can have another Piers repeat/best of show. Petrie should be in the old Paul Ross slot from 1-5 which would allow Howard to do the full 3 hour shows.

Welcome to PiersTV I guess...

Don't think he'll last when the viewing figures aren't as high as they were before things changed.

He bangs on about Meghan Markle a lot. He is very critical of her, and yet he is very similar.

They are both very pleased with themselves and think they are more popular than they really are.
He thought he was all set to get her into bed and his ego will never get over it

haha. I don't think that was the case, I think his his nose was put out of joint because she probably treated him just in the same way as he treats others ...ie: Gets what he wants out of them and then moves on.

The fact is narcissists are always attracted to each other (they see themselves), but when it all goes pear-shaped it goes VERY pear-shaped. see: Depp vs Heard for confirmation of that.

I wonder who Piers will blame when this TV show of his bombs? It's all very similar to Andrew Neil walking away from GB News.

Presumably all the low figures are just talking about the UK TV viewers? What about the radio figures? Or the views from foxtv and sky Australia?

I do love that trump keeps talking about how this project is doomed to fail 🤣
