Well I think that story really just summed up who Gio is. A mean smug hole who thinks he is superior to everyone else and gets off on reiterating this by putting others down.
I’d always choose to watch Krishnan who knows he is not the best dancer but he loves it so much as it has rejuvenated him and transformed his life. The joy radiates off him and is infectious. He is without a doubt the one I am most looking forward to seeing after Layton at the tour.

Gio thinks he still gives a good ride? When I had a sex dream about Nikita I realised the label of later in life lesbian no longer fit me and have been lusting after him ever since. When I had a sex dream about Gio I jumped straight into the shower and thought about therapy 🤨

I think Gio better hope that Krishnan sees the funny side and thinks it’s just a joke. Be a celeb on strictly and get mocked for learning to dance by the professionals is what is coming across.

I generally like all the pros but my god, Giovanni is an hole. Imagine being 33 years of age and thinking it's "edgy" to call someone 20 years older than you tit. Krishnan may not have been a great dancer but at least he had a partner who made sure he enjoyed his experience which is more than can be said for Amanda.

There's a fine line between comedy and down right insulting someone
Giovanni has become an unbearable and nasty person I hope lauren has a word and he's not invited back to strictly

No need to make cruel comments about any of the other pros or celebs, all of which try there best to put on a good show
Doesn't always work but it's the effort that counts.

Gio's show sounds crass, I assume it's a Strictly Beryl audience not one for the younger fans using language like tit and talking about rides. :sick:
I do wonder if the "they used to call me the Italian Stallion" line is a dig at the new pro's implying he's still the top dog since he's got his own show.

The laughable thing is all the Italian pros have been called Italian Stallion, it's not personal but unlike Vito and Graz he doesn't have the self awareness to understand it's a meaningless title. Gio quickly worked out how Strictly worked but he's never quite understood how TV and showbiz works, maybe his Ego gets in the way, but over the next couple of years he's in for a crash course in reality. I hope he's good a saving.

You were a scabby, tracksuit-wearing nobody without it.

I see on DS this is already being defended as humour by his acolytes. What is the chokehold this man has over them? (This is the man who thought it was funny to put a cigarette in his baby nephew's mouth!)

Also Gio is only 33. He thinks he is no longer the Italian Stallion because of his age. Vito who has taken his title is only 2 years younger isn’t he? It isn’t about age Gio it’s about attitude and yours stinks.

I really don’t think he is that attractive anyway. I think his teeth are slightly too big for his mouth and his voice is very nasal.
Let’s take a moment to remember Gio before he tried to remake himself like Daddy Anton.

Since the beginning anyone Mediterranean is the Italian Stallion or Sultry Spanish, or a moody/strict but sexy Russian - any fiery foreigner is hot compared to Anton du beke!

Generally they come in hot and end up being cute and adorable puppies.
The only animal Giovanni is Italian Ass.

Does it really need explaining to him why Lauren and Krishnan did so well? She actually taught him within his capabilities, respected him and made it fun.

He probably thinks that Anton gets to poke fun at his old partners every week during judging … so let’s take it one step further without realising that a) nobody actually thinks that’s funny anyway and b) one of his partners was Ann Widdecombe. There's a difference.
 
No wonder Richie’s Strictly experience was nothing like what he might have hoped - and deserved - when his professional lacks any ability to have patience with people who aren’t natural dancers. If Gio sticks around for another year, I feel sorry for his partner if he or she finds dancing challenging and therefore ends up having the misfortune of not only being Gio’s partner but also being labelled a “tit partner” at next year’s version of The Tacky Italian On Tour or whatever his show’s called.

For what it’s worth, I used to like Gio but I reckon the success he had with Rose (the viral CC dance, winning the Bafta, the new wave of sickeningly adoring fans) inflated his ego into the stratosphere and now he’s making the same mistakes as the likes of James Jordan and thinking he’s bigger than the show. He’d better hope Dancing on Ice and Celebrity First Dates are still around in a couple of years’ time because that’s inevitably where he’ll end up.

Yes, and Anne was in on the joke as well . I went to an event where it turned out she was one of the speakers and she was actually very funny about Anton and her experience. She totally accepted the funny side of it and clearly adores him. So he can crack jokes about it without offending her. This i NOT the case with Krishnan, who is not Gio’s partner, and it’s just a way of belittling Lauren. I really hope she doesn’t sign up for another tour with him. I’d prefer to see her on live tour and pro tour.
