Saw this on DS. So Kai is doing a solo tour (sponsored by Gio's company)?! Is there a market for that, when Nadiay and Kai struggled and there are even more tours next year?

I was just having a Google for this, this link doesn't go anywhere yet, but it looks like the page is ready to go live.

So he's ditched Nadiya and is continuing to tour solo He better hope he has a good series this year. I'm intrigued to see which tours will end up having offers next year..

Great but she doesnt actually address the fact that Anton called her a p**i and a terrorist and whether she felt this was acceptable in what was technically her workplace.

She says in the second part of the post that it was unacceptable, but that she didn't believe he was racist or islamophobic.

It's hard to say. There are some who have done tours before, obviously Karen and Gorka but Amy and Dianne also did a Here Comes the Girls tour a few years back with Chloe. I think with Vito and Nikita, they decided to do one after having a couple of good years on the show. Kai is kind of the odd one out for me, especially for a tour by himself.

I don't think so as most of these will have been planned way before all the madness really broke out. But the market is definitely more sodden than Shirley's knickers after a dance with Giovanni on the launch show, so it'll be interesting to see which ones flourish and which wither.

Interesting that Kai already has a solo tour in the works a few weeks after the split?!

Interesting that Kai already has a solo tour in the works a few weeks after the split?!

I think it’s been bashed together sharpish as the invested parties have realised that the wheel have come off the Giovanni gravy train, so they’ll be trying to pívot his fan base towards Kai. I suspect Gio will be ‘executive producer’ or ‘creative designer’ or something.

It’ll be interesting to watch how they start positioning him on social media as Gio’s successor.

Quite the coincidence that when there was money to be made from being in a couple, Kai was in a couple. Then as soon as an opening for a solo male dancer appeared to be on the horizon, Kai was single.

I'm sure they all are successful, but are there any particular Pros who have done better at the box office than the rest or are they all pretty much equal?

I think Nikita has the potential to take Gio’s crown in terms of pro dancer tours. Had Nikita, Carlos and Vito done a tour together I think that would have been incredibly popular.

I got an email today too, but the links in the email don’t work. Get a feeling the theatres have jumped the gun. Possibly holding back launch until Gio is ‘cleared’.

This is the tour I want. Vito/Nikita/Carlos.

I do think Nikita has over extended himself with the number and size of some venues he's got for his tour. But I'd happily let him put a show in just for me.

I live in Manchester and he’s not doing The Lowry like all the others do he’s doing somewhere I’ve never hearf of so it’s either another format or he’s not expecting as many people? Saying that he is doing the Blackpool Opera House.

He's doing the middle sized venue near me, but it's still quite a big venue.

I’m sure Kai is a nice enough bloke but his highlight for me was his Murder She Wrote Ron Jeremy look. I really don’t think he has the charisma to carry his own show. I’m concerned about Nikita being able to carry his own show and I think he is a mesmerising performer who is electric on stage
