Oh they definitely did, they chose to repeat it on tour that year and it kept ending badly
Anyone remember dianne falling on her head/shoulders during a lift and tumbling another time taking joe with her during the dance?( could have been vice versa to be fair but a fall none the less)

Actually she seems to have history of falls, she fell during a lift with dev landing her in A & E with the lift swiftly removed and changed.

I liked Karim too.

Rhys was lovely. I remember him being on ITT as a guest the following year, and making a joke about it being strange seeing Nancy with another partner. 😁

Nancy's had a really interesting run of partners - young and eager Rhys, mardy daddy Will and hopeless old sweetie Les. I wonder who she'll get next. I do love her. She's always so positive and encouraging about absolutely everything and I know that if I'd just done a tit dance, Nancy would be the face I'd like to see.

I'd like her with next year's eager trier like the Chris Ramsey/Dan Walker/Krishnan type. She hasn't really had one yet, it's been one extreme or the other. There was no scope for such a journey with poor Les.

I'm a fan of Nancy too. I remember she and Rhys seemed really giggly together and then the following year, she got Will 🤣. I think she makes her partners work hard whether they are giggly or serious.

She and Les seemed to get on great also.
 
If Giovanni can get multiple good partners, then I don't see why Nikita would be guaranteed a duffer. He has only had one actual contender and he did have a mid-series exit with a more challenging celeb last year. But certainly not expecting a contender after Layton. I don't want him wasted on a Kaye Adams who is guaranteed to be out by Week 3 though. Someone who makes it to Halloween or something. And a 30/40 something for a change.

They only usually have one older female duffer and if anyone is likely to be destined for one, it's Vito - 2nd with Fleur then likely 1st with Ellie.

Kevin got to 4 finals on the bounce, got to week 10 with Susan and then won with Stacey. It was only in his 7th year that he drew a genuine duffer. In 6 years he only didn’t compete in 3 weeks.

Not necessarily. Vito made back to back finals with amazing partners, Carlos made the final and then week 10, Gio & Kevin also had a good partner almost every year. I would like to see Nikita with someone like Tameka who had Gorka back in 2016, she went early but she was fun with potential.
 
Someone is stepping up their campaign by not just replying to other posts…
