This is probably the best compromise, we won't get to see many training stories, but at least the live shows won't be affected, it's a good thing they didn't start the series earlier to avoid the World Cup, that would have been a headache to reschedule.

Also, the Paddington stuff was sweet to begin with, but is anyone else finding it all a bit mad now? I liked this response to Strictly being replaced by the Paddington film 🤣
