Some of Tom & Amy's antics were funny for us but I really think they took it too far with how they acted post elimination.
Looking back at it as well, I wonder how a stage school boybander from a very popular group only made Blackpool. I don't think he'd have won over any of the top 3 but surely he should have got past Dan Walker & Tilly Ramsay? I wonder if they were really performing to their true potential as a partnership.

Just thinking from the perspective of the general Strictly viewer (who didn't love or loathe him), they were just a bit dull as a partnership? Just 'nice' but not much beyond that, and then a boring dance that the judges weren't keen on finished them off
Of course, in Tom's head they were the most legendary couple in Strictly history and it was a completely travesty he didn't lift the glitterball
