The Ranvir and Gio shippers were worse. They saw Gio in reflections next to Ranvir everywhere. It got way too odd. In the end they all dismissed Ranvir. The shippers are never loyal to Gios partners. Gio smiles and they swoon

This also seems quite likely, given that they will be touring separately for months and probably won't see much of each other. There won't be the multiple his n hers Starbucks pics we got with Kai and Nadiya on last year's tour.

Hopefully Jowita doesn't throw herself into this, especially given they have to work together. Gio's track record of staying friends with exes seems poor (of the ones we know about). Georgia, Ashley and Maura don't appear to be on speaking terms with him, and I remember that Jess Wright drunkenly screamng at him at the Pride of Britain Awards about how he told her he loved her, then hopped in a cab and disappeared for six months!

I think Patrick would be lovely on Strictly. Can you imagine him try to resist casting a critical eye over Vicky Gill's creations?

The final of Ballando con le stelle is tonight - I can never actually work out what is happening as it's so bonkers, but it appears that Graziano's wife Giada and her partner may be withdrawing (finally) due to injury. He's been dancing for weeks with a cast on. This pic she posted cracked me up - him with his sling and her in her nightie! Imagining Craig judging this!

I actually saw someone say jowita’s parents were over from Poland for the final but wondered did she even bother spending time with them or was she with Gio.

How bizarre that he's made it to the final and only just withdrawn - the sling was surely a sign to call it a day? Would love to be a fly in the wall there.

Would be funny if Pasquale wins this one as well.


ETA: How on earth does the final have 6 couples + Giada & partner who withdrew. Imagine a 7 couple final at Strictly.

It’s this legends bday today! I’ve loved all of the new pros over the last 2 years but I still stand by the fact that Nikita is the best thing to happen to strictly in YEARS. Hope he sticks around for a very long time!
