I kind of expect bigger names for the Christmas special as you don't have time to get to know them. Plus, (as I know I've banged on about before) it's hardly much of a commitment, time wise and far less nerve wracking being recorded in advance.

Come on Strictly!!

Yeah, this is it - I don't mind unfamiliar faces on the main series as you get to know them over several weeks (like Hamza), but if you book new people for the Christmas special, you want some familiarity and a 'oh, look it's so-and-so having a go at Strictly' reaction. Otherwise, what's the point? Just get some old faces in

I'm gonna say probably not? I mean Nancy has her actual Chinese name which Rhys used last year! Would love them to use it more often but she also suits Nancy?!

I am liking Nancy a lot this season. I think last season she got a bit overlooked as she and Rhys were new, and there was so much attention on the Big Three, plus their routines were a bit frantic.
She is making Will more tolerable for me and I liked how she stepped in and spoke when he was too emotional. She’s also a great dancer and super cute. Loved her post-ITT dance with Vito (who mysteriously seems to have lost his shirt)

The suit with the white belt looks very boyband camp. Not complaining because the hairy chest and beautiful arse display is always a welcome treat.

The Christmas Strictly it would be nice if they could get some well known people who will never do a full series, but, hey ho, I’m normally too full on food and alcohol to really care and just watch it as light Christmas Day entertainment. I did prefer it when former contestants did it and where with a different professional.

Hope Helen and Gorka are taking inspiration for the latest production of Cabaret - really is incredible and I think that style would suit Helen. Kind of same Gio and Richie aren’t doing musical theme - could have done couple choice to magic Mike live and that may have come close to being more iconic than Brendan/Lisa freestyle/showdance.

As I still have an odd obsession over Rio shippers, I think they maybe oddly excited by Gio and the dancer he had the alleged fling with deleting those posts, that led to them to believing they had a fling.
