I really really want Maisie and Gorka to win. I think sheā€™s come through so much, as has he leaving his daughter and girlfriend and he seems wonderful to her and his choreography is the best there.
I actually think Jamie has done better than Bill to be honest being a complete non dancer to where he is now is amazing. Bill is musical, he has musicality whereas Jamie literally came from no experience.
People having experience doesnā€™t bother me in the slightest by the way, imagine how useless it would be to watch 12 people with Ann Widdecombes ability being dragged around the floor.
This sounds bad but I think if Bill was Jamieā€™s age he would have been out before now, heā€™s good for sure but peaked ages ago and people I think are going for the whole ā€œageā€ narrative even though he isnā€™t even that old!

Genuine question, what has Maisie has come through? I get that Gorka will be missing Gemma and Mia but he knew heā€™d be away from them when he accepted a partner

Being in the bottom two twice, the overly critical comments from the judges, living on her own for the first time at 19, people constantly calling her cocky and people slagging off her appearance, her legs in particular.

Thanks @lavendervase, I was just curious. Folk can be dicks, I hadnā€™t realised she was getting such a hard time for her appearance.

I honestly donā€™t know who will win on Saturday. Maisie is by far the best dancer, but I think that might put people off voting for her. They all bring something different and I think itā€™s a difficult one to call this year šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø

While I agree with this, don't a majority of people move out and live alone at 18 for university? It's not exactly like a 19 year old living on their own is an unheard of thing. While yes she's also obviously on the show, all the 18 year olds are still getting degrees while living alone. I just don't see it as that big of a deal.
 
It's too close to call this year so will probably come down to a popularity competition...which means most likely Bill will win as Jamie and Maisie don't have the public backing ..if it was based on dancing ability Hrvy should win !

Yea absolutely, but I guess most have housemates and a shoulder to cry on when they have a bad day and can see family most of the time. Although she does have Gorkas shoulder to cry on so not the worst scenario Iā€™ve ever heard of šŸ˜‚
 
Is there some sort of rule that says the couples cannot pick one of the dances from the semi for the final? Say Maisie picking her VW or hArvEy picking his Charleston?

There's no specific rule, but the idea to choose a dance to show their improvement & one that will get the public to vote. The public may turn on the celeb if they chose a dance they did in the semi final, as it would be seen as taking the easy route, as they will remember the steps much better then a dance they did earlier in the series.
