This might be controversial but I don’t want Bill to win. He’s been overpraised too much and peaked ages ago, the only reason he’s still in is because people find him funny and vote. Tbh I don’t even find his dances that entertaining. You’d think he was in his 70s the way he gets praised for doing things other contestants were doing weeks ago. I want Jamie to win but know he won’t so am rooting for Maisie (I’m team Gorka). I wouldn’t mind too much if Harvey won either since at least he can dance and then Janette can finally have a win and will likely leave. Then this gives other pros a chance of getting partnered next year. Plus I think Harvey and Bill get the most public support and I think Harvey might get slightly more for being the better dancer and people wanting Janette to finally get a win.

I agree. I'm not anti-Bill but I think in the final you should be seeing dancers who could hold their own in a paid gig and Bill just isn't at that level. I like him and think he's been a great contestant but he shouldn't win.

After seeing Maisie’s Week 1 Samba I knew I wanted to see it again in the final, and it’s here - also excited to see her quickstep again I wonder if it’ll be a 10 from Craig 😊

Does anyone else find it odd on Instagram when they put the songs and the artist that for I'm Still Standing it's Taron Edgerton and not Elton John? And Brittney Murphey for Boogie Wonderland (from Happy Feet) instead of Earth Wind and Fire? It's a very minor thing but I can't think they why they don't put the original artist as the singers are there to do the songs, it's not like they dance to the recorded version?

That being said I am super happy with the dances for the final!

I thought that too but it must be to appeal to the younger viewers?

That's been my view of Bill as well. They make out like he's some doddery old man making miracles when he's only 55. I think lots vote for him because they like him rather than like his dancing. I'm not really a fan of any comedians so while I knew who he was, I've not really watched him in anything so I can only go by his dancing and haven't thought it was that great.
 
I’m really happy with all the choices for Gorka (and Maisie 😂) but really disappointed not to see Jamie’s samba!
I hope Maisie gets her 10 in the quickstep from Craig I’ve no idea why she didn’t get it in the first place though!
Oh I’m so excited!
I really really want Maisie and Gorka to win. I think she’s come through so much, as has he leaving his daughter and girlfriend and he seems wonderful to her and his choreography is the best there.
I actually think Jamie has done better than Bill to be honest being a complete non dancer to where he is now is amazing. Bill is musical, he has musicality whereas Jamie literally came from no experience.
People having experience doesn’t bother me in the slightest by the way, imagine how useless it would be to watch 12 people with Ann Widdecombes ability being dragged around the floor.
This sounds bad but I think if Bill was Jamie’s age he would have been out before now, he’s good for sure but peaked ages ago and people I think are going for the whole “age” narrative even though he isn’t even that old!
