I don’t usually read the hinch thread but they’re really licking skankys smelly arse for some reason atm, it’s sickening saying what a good mum she is compared to hinch, but at least Ronnie doesn’t go to bed in filthy clothes ect?! I did think I’d accidentally strayed into some kind of Stacey appreciation thread when I was over there earlier!

A lot of people seem to dislike one & like the other but I don’t feel any need to choose between them, I think it’s perfectly acceptable to dislike them both! I can enjoy Hinch’s obvious anguish over Pickle Mansion, without losing sight of the fact that Stacey is just as bad in her own way. The differences between them are minor, essentially they’re both millionaires pretending to be relatable in order to sell people a load of unnecessary tat. Tat with a short shelf life which quickly ends up in landfill, that’s what I have a problem with.

I finally found the house and can’t believe the size of it! She’s being very clever with what she shows of it, making it look like a reasonably sized house when it’s actually big enough to be two houses on one plot! And I see what people mean about the industrial estate. It’s right next to it! Not as country and quaint as she’s making out.

She’s very good at knowing what to share and what not to share :/

Regarding the wedding maybe being in the garden of the new house, if that was the case then surely they would've known about it for weeks because hasn't she mentioned a definite wedding date and possibly even sent out invitations? She wouldn't do that if they didn't have a venue, so if the wedding is in the garden then that just proves she's known about this for much longer than a few days

Unless she wants to see/be a bridesmaid to every Tom Dick and Harriet getting married in her house/garden then she won't go down this route.

I googled it earlier and found some news articles showing the front being large country house, whereas her story this morning implied (to me at least) that it was a medium sized bungalow with some Tudor panelling and a massive garden as the selling feature

I reckon they’ve totally mugged and ripped off the lady they bought it from! She clearly didn’t see these 2 rip off merchants coming did she? The agent clearly did! Given the grounds and location that house and land is worth lot more than what they paid for it!
What’s the betting they will live in to enjoy ‘the holiday feeling’, do some tacky botch job, quick fix arty farty crafts and move and add a million+ to the asking price in a year! That 1500circa house is not their style given their white plastic blue tack stick it together taste!

I think she's made a huge mistake moving there. Think that house needs a lot of professional work and she seems more suited to something that doesn't need much work where she can piss about crafting stuff made out of rubbish. Completely out of her depth.

She also has the money to do it up professionally. I think it looks really nice actually. Her old house seemed small for the money she must earn.

The cottage already had a name, I really hope she doesn’t change to pickle becasie I feel like it’s the start of her completely destroying its character with her tacky interior taste. We can only live in hope that she’s got that awful craft buzz out of her system with the last house & consults a proper interior designer with experience of working in similar homes. I’m sure there are some great ways of mixing old with new but I think she will need some serious guidance. if I was them I’d consider fencing off a small garden area outside one of the rear doors to make a safe play space for Rex
