My dad has a PA and she does everything like that for my mum and him. She takes care of the day to day admin including such things. It’s the kind of thing that my dad would just get done knowing my mum wouldn’t know where to start and considering Sophie doesn’t even pay a phone bill , I can’t imagine her doing life admin well.
 
Sorry if I’m super late and this has already been posted 😁 But anyone seen this thread on reddit?

Sophie strikes me the kind of girls that only has the patience and interest in 4 minutes of mediocre missionary but pretends to be interested in whips and bondage thinking it makes her look more exciting

Jamie is also a child, he can be funny from a distance but don’t understand how anyone can date him
 
God the pod is awful!!! They are so damn immature. It has no interesting or valuable insights anymore.

When they were discussing Sophie unable to do basic tasks like pay a tax bill, but then went on to discuss all the unopened gifts from brands that were sitting in their spare room (as well as the CAR Jamie got gifted) I wanted to weep. Our society is so wrong

Agreed! I had my first (and last) listen to last week's edition and it was vacuous, inane babble from two people thinking they're cool, edgy and quirky.
And more fool the brands and companies sending these already rich people free stuff when there are people out there who can't afford to eat more than one meal a day!
She will totally ride this whole "anxiety" ambassador label that she has adopted for clout and extra exposure.
 
I find this whole new generation of "podcasters" just bizarre. It's basically a load of reality stars with zero experience or talent in broadcasting trying to monetize off having casual chats with their partners and mates, while offering zero value to listeners. A load of mindless rot neatly packaged in pretty branding and elaborate PR launches. It's really sad when you think about it, because there are probably loads of really decent and talented people out there making really great podcasts but not getting any exposure whatsoever. Meanwhile, you've got the likes of Sophie and Jamie etc wise-cracking about dildos and fingering and calling it a podcast.

The above said, I will give credit to Joel and his mum's podcast. It might not be everyone's cup of tea, but at least there's some semblance of a structure to it, plus some intelligent discussion and two very engaging personalities behind the mic.

I don't find Jamie entertaining nor endearing. Sophie is just a social climbing free loader. Their podcast is offensive & EARrational🤢
