Is anyone else wondering if Jamie is completely oblivious to the Harvey rumour (which I personally reckon is true)? I get the vibe he might not be aware. He may well be putting a face on things, but I just can't compute someone acting so buoyantly and carrying on as normal when they're partner has allegedly cheated with their ex weeks before their wedding. Okay, so it's not confirmed as fact but it's too random a rumour to have come out of nowhere via multiple people.

I’d imagine he is aware but how is he supposed to behave? We only see a few minutes a day on insta stories and he’s got to keep up pretences, it wouldn’t be a good look to be crying on his stories or being really down

I don't know how anyone could hold it together like that, genuinely. Plus him singing her praises constantly. The betrayal would kill me. Then again,the blokes on MiC always had a lax attitude towards women cheating on them, so maybe he was prepared to let this one go, especially with her rehab issues.
 
Just listened to their podcast and I just think she genuinely is repulsed by him. She had a mental breakdown at the thought of changing her surname and would only do it if they have kids which made it sound like she won’t be sticking around that long.

Jamie’s manic but I do feel bad for him that he’s married someone with questionable intentions.

This was my thoughts with the name change topic. Surely they discussed this before this point?! He sounded shocked. She does not like him AT ALL. Can’t even hide it for the money 🤣

I definitely don't see their marriage lasting beyond 2-3 years. What a horrible thing to say about the name change. Also, what would be the logic behind her changing her surname only if they have kids? What difference would that make to anything?!
 
I need to listen to this latest podcast. Why do people get married in such a blasé fashion? And surely the subject of name changing would have been discussed way before the weeding. But I guess not with these two - he is like a sugared up kid with ADHD and she is a shameless social climber and gold digger. This marriage will be done by Easter. I don't think she is capable of sticking it out for 2 years without having another coke meltdown.
I do feel sorry for him - I do think he clearly adores her and he makes her skin crawl.

When I first saw their wedding pics, I thought there's zero chemistry on her side. Jamie's just a side piece while she poses away like she's in some Vogue shoot. And then hearing the speculation just cements what a lot of us suspected.

I don't care if Sophie is a cokehead; that's her idiotic lifestyle choice, but what I take issue with is her pandering for public sympathy with the "I have debilitating anxiety but have no idea where it came from...I'm so brave and strong and survived it, and so can you guys" card. I'm not saying she has to publicly own up to her reported addiction; who bloody would, but just keep quiet and humble, and have some respect for actual anxiety sufferers (of the non drug-taking variety). No doubt she'll soon be advocating all things mental health with some naive and unsuspecting charity partnership. The way she's spoken about it just doesn't ring true.
 
Their first episode of ‘Wednesdays’ podcast was such a bore… i thought I was listening to an old episode. It’s just the same old every single time. This is their JOB?! Same with newlyweds… they need to give it up and stop dragging out this podcast thing. There’s only so much you can talk about poo and ‘wild’ sex stories before it gets nauseating.

I attempted one episode once, and it was so unbelievably dire I had to switch it off. The clips on Instagram all look and sound exactly the same. Dull dull dull. I've just been listening to Joel's podcast with his mum ('Son of a b*tch') and it's actually quite good. There's some intelligible conversation, unlike the 'Wednesdays' drivel.

I listened to their Newlyweds podcast this morning while working. Was my first and last listen. What a load of guff! These people think they are interesting, witty and quirky. Utter dross. I used to listen now and then to Jamie’s Private Parts podcast a few years back when he did it with Francis Boulle and that was quite decent. I’m not even going anywhere near Wednesdays. How these airheads think their output is good, is beyond me.
 
I can understand not wanting to change your surname but she most definitely is NOT in love with him.

Agreed. I think it's because that's the only thing that they can make an attempt to give advice on, it's not like they are capable of talking about or advising people on anything else. Absolutely no talent, no brains, no life experience.
