Would you think about letting them know this?
I did a while back and got this reply. I shared one of her videos where she nearly bang’s her bump with her weights

The birth will be a breeze too. Amazed at how quickly it went. The baby just walled out...
The baby will walk out speaking 5 languages fluently including mandarin and Cantonese, will go straight onto solids, sleep 8 hours a night and it’s first word will be “protein”

Perpetua have been really toothless with her. It feels like she has had the run of the place.

If I was paying the fees that people pay there to use a high end gym I wouldn't be happy with her presence setting up cameras etc.

The Perpetua brand is now in the gutter with My Protein for me. A pity as I'm a member of Westwood and was looking to change gym.

Perpetua would have been one of the options in the area.
I wouldn’t go near Perpetua after seeing Siobhan’s carry on. They can’t be that professional if they condone this madness.

So she’s now starting on RHOBH. She has to be one of the laziest individuals in the fitness world - seriously who is the signing up to The Furnace? Never a progress photo, a testimonial, the furnace Insta page is basically dormant. She only mentions it when she has to sell it. Zero passion for it, it’s just a cash cow to her. She is so phucked if she ever has to go back into the real world of proper employment.

Christ if they were passing on the names of people making complaints that would be surely a GDPR issue?

It definitely would be a GDPR breach but it's also a very difficult thing to prove. For instance the the complaints could be printed and handed over and names verbally communicated. A Data Protection Officer would find it very hard to prove that happened.

In Perpetuas case, I doubt it happened but knowing Siobhan I could imagine someone saying to her "We have had complaints" followed by Shiv pressuring "Go on give me a look at a few of them for the craic" and then a blocking spree🚫. She seems to have a free reign to do what she likes in there.

In general Shiv doesn't have much regard for rules - I would say her GDPR compliance with the Furnace is loose at best. Wasn't she sending emails/retaining data of people who are long gone from the Furnace?

On GDPR, Siobhan is the subject of the emails, her name and image are used in them. That entitles her to be given copies of them.

I see it all the time on here people saying passing on complaints is a GDPR breech. It isn't. if you email *about* someone that then counts as their data and makes them entitled to see it.

Same way if your colleagues used work emails to witch about you, you could request copies of the emails from your employer say, because they are about you. GDPR goes both ways. Just FYI.

so perpetua also don’t give a tit about the baby. That’s the issue. Neither them or her are thinking about anyone other than Siobhan. OF COURSE it’s not harming Siobhan. That’s not the concern!
Not to sound pedantic… but why should they care about her baby? They’re a business and I mean they’re not forcing her to go to the classes or forcing her to go workout.

I can imagine if the gym even did try to tell her what to do, she'd turn on them!

It's going to be so obvious when she is gone in. She hasn't missed a morning coffee thoughts all pregnancy. Unless she has a fake one prepared but I couldn't imagine roaring at someone mid labour "it's 7am will ya post me coffee thoughts on the gram".

They are only entitled to the information eith their name - not the name of complaints t. Or anything else's
