On GDPR, Siobhan is the subject of the emails, her name and image are used in them. That entitles her to be given copies of them.

I see it all the time on here people saying passing on complaints is a GDPR breech. It isn't. if you email *about* someone that then counts as their data and makes them entitled to see it.

Same way if your colleagues used work emails to witch about you, you could request copies of the emails from your employer say, because they are about you. GDPR goes both ways. Just FYI.
In giving that information they should redact the names of who has said what. Therefore allowing her to see what has been said but not by whom.

Firstly, bleeping LOL at the book comment 🤣 Shiv, it was only last week you were moaning about how many other books you have to get through and still haven’t managed it when you’ve literally been sat on your arse for the past few months doing nothing. The fact that she thinks she’s going to be having nice, relaxing mornings where she can chill with a book is both hilarious and terrifying as it shows she is still utterly clueless about how much her life is about to change.

Also, “I can’t wait to hold my niece Nia🥹🥹🥹🥹” Riiiiiight. No mention of her own baby that she’s been ‘brewing’ for the past 9 months and absolutely milking for content that’s about to make an appearance any day?

Has she already detached herself from her own child. Surely "I can't wait to hold my baby" would make alot more sense. Has it actually hit her that she will have a baby to care for soon. It's like labour is just some kind of competition she's been preparing for and once it's done she'll get loads of praise/content, another challenge completed. Oh Shivers, it's only getting started and I'm here for the carnage 🍿

Does she ever watch Leanne's stories? Leanne is very honest about how difficult finding time to even have a shower is with a baby (even before the second!) and she has a husband to support her. Leanne's morning routine of coffee and reading is long gone. She barely gets 5 minutes for yoga and that is with the little one climbing all over her. I guess Shiv thinks it will be different for her.

I think the comment about holding her niece is ok. She's been looking at photos of her for weeks and can't wait for a cuddle. That's normal isn't it? I'd say Roisin will take a trip over soon. Maybe for a christening/naming ceremony?

Not to sound pedantic… but why should they care about her baby? They’re a business and I mean they’re not forcing her to go to the classes or forcing her to go workout.
They shouldn’t. But they should care about their business image. And a baby hit with a bare bell isn’t good for business whatever way you spin it. If something happened it would be no use them whipping out whatever waiver she signed to cover themselves - the reputation damage would already be done. And even though they’ve no duty of care to her baby, it seems like reputation has already soured for them, at least on here. I fully agree the baby is her responsibility only, but like there is a bigger picture

This is very very true! They’re not forcing her in there every day but if something went wrong she wouldn’t be long blaming them. Just like Recalibrated Bodies. I’m sure Amanda explained to her clearly how she might rebound after the competition but Shiv knew better…. Until she didn’t!

SOH up very early this morning, taking screenshot of podcast at 05:20am to post later.
Trying to set a narrative in her coffee garbage too.
I think today is the day, it had begun imo.

"I have a theory that training is preventing labour starting * " . She won't want to be proven wrong about that. It does sound like today's the day so.

Then she can claim she trained until the day before she was ready to give birth and by sheer willpower she took a day off and chose to deliberately release oxytocin into her 500 point brain to start labour #labouringdifferently

*Because every other piece of scientific evidence on earth indicates that physical exertion brings on labour (hence bed rest and not olympic weight lifting is prescribed to women at high risk of miscarriage).
But our Shiv knows better. I hope the HSE will take this on board.

You are spot on. Shiv would take absolutely zero personal responsibility for her actions. She would look to outsource the blame straight away to take the attention off her and Perpetua would be first in the firing line.

Really awful judgement from the Perpetua owners. If a well known influencer has an accident which results in damage to her unborn child - this is certainly going to make the news and questions are going to be asked.

What a fucked up situation. It’s quite sad to be honest.

One parent in Stephen Green eating a breakfast roll talking to the seagulls and another parent completely avoiding the reality of what is about to happen.

I have a smidgeen of feeling sorry for her as a human right now but I have to slap myself and say SHE BROUGHT ALL OF THIS ON HERSELF.

The loneliness, isolation lack of friends on what for most people is the most exciting time of their lives.

no doubt Raisin is planning a sports day visit, these babies have an arm wresting competition to get ready for. Maybe they will have a joint ceremony?

SHE'S SO UNLIKEABLE

maybe the seagulls can baby sit too

I can’t wait for this one to get a smack of reality in the face….she deserves every bit of it but the poor baby is who I feel sorry for😢 I really hope her Mam & Dad step in for the baby’s sake or Neds Mam. I’ve a feeling Ned is too self absorbed to realise the baby’s needs are more important than his.
