Anxiety meds usually help calm you down in my case they stop my heart racing and the overwhelming feeling of panic if you are feeling hyper on anxiety mess you either need to get other meds because the ones you're on are not working or you need a dictionary because your definition of hyper or anxious may be wrong. It could be that Deli is confusing normal feelings of stress with anxiety like it's normal to feel anxious or stressed about deadlines it's not normal to have a panic attack if someone knocks on the door. Maybe she doesn't feel hyper or stressed because she avoids doing anything that could induce stress.

In my opinion, this is something a lot of people confused anxiety with.

Certain situations can cause stress. Normal. It's also normal to feel anxious sometimes.
But as soon as someone feels slightly anxious these days, they label themselves as having anxiety.

My personal opinion of course.

I watched that stream he told her he would do another shell but she wasn't having any of it. She could have gone out of her comfort zone and made a modern contemporary build but instead she literally added a load of the tallest short walls around the original shell so she could build the exact same build she always does. I did not watch the end I'm assuming it ended up being a complete mess of a floor plan with a balcony off a toddlers room the back door leading out of grandma's bedroom and the same base game furniture in the same exact layout that she always does.

Not trying to be mean, but I wonder how long their marriage is going to last. Lilsimsie seems very immature and bossy around Dan. Dan seems to pick up the slack, doing things Lilsimsie is too good to do. I watched about 5 minutes of one of her St Jude streams and she was shouting at Dan to come get her something, then got mad when he said he was in his pajamas and got upset when he started to crawl across the floor to get whatever she wanted. Girl, he's not your man servant. Get off your butt and get what you want. I've never seen someone act so mean and entitled toward a spouse before. It's very off putting to see someone so comfortable bossing around and being mean to their spouse, ON CAMERA. And all that MINE when she is talking about the house and her money, she's not someone I'd ever want to be around. Best of Luck to Dan.

I just can't imagine them being intimate or anything like that.
Even in photos standing next to each other they seem so awkward

I have mixed feeling about Kayla. I've never subbed to her and I don't watch her regularly because I find her screechy, juvenile, preachy, repetitive and, quite frankly, annoying. However, ironically, she seems to stand firm on the ground when it comes to certain things, much more than other simmers who are older than her. She's consistent and always quite enthusiastic about filming. She earns a lot, but seems to channel it all into something reasonable, like her house. She isn't very materialistic and she's not concerned about brands and or the way she looks, she donates a lot and she's quite honest. Those are things I can admire. But then she throws a fit about something irrelevant or starts crying because Pirates of the Caribbean are scary and that impression of an adult goes out the window.

she donates a lot
I know you aren't using this as an excuse custosmorum, but it really gets under my skin when people wave off her awful behavior with "she raises $100,000's for charity." That's great and all but I'm pretty sure people who've committed heinous crimes give to charities too and it doesn't absolve them of their behavior. I just don't understand the cult like worship of Lilsimsie. You can say something like "It's not okay that she screams at her kid fans" and someone will pop out of the woodwork and say "her behavior is a-okay, because she raises money for St Jude." What?

I agree. I have very mixed feelings about her as well. She can be so controlling of Dan (I occasionally watch his streams and he is genuinely the NICEST and most well rounded guy), can be over the top with her emotions, and can let her anxiety get the best of her. I HATE it when someone on twitch will ask an innocent question, just because they want Kayla to notice them, and she snaps at them. One time someone asked where her cat was (I am assuming they are young) and she FREAKED OUT saying “I don’t get why people always ask where she is. I’m not going to bother her and being her in here if she doesn’t want to be in here while I stream, blah blah blah…” I couldn’t believe how offended she was by such an innocent and dumb question. I don’t know what she does to take care of her mental health, but it’s not enough obviously.

BUT on the other hand, when she’s not an anxious mess and there is a conversation going, she’s great! I really like her! She also clearly is the hardest working simmer with the amount of content she puts out and streams. And I REALLY respect her for how much work, effort, and money she has put into raising money for not only St Jude but other charities as well.

I genuinely think if she got some counseling (and if she’s doing that already she needs a better counselor) and took better care of her mental health we would see a lot more of the Kayla we like and not the bad side of her.I just wish she took better care of her mental health.

Kayla is so different at the end of a stream compared to the beginning she is a lot calmer and you can tell by her voice and mannerisms that she is less anxious. It could be that she finds starting a stream stressful and as the trolls and antagonistic people drop off and stop watching she relaxes and enjoys talking to the regulars. Another sign of anxiety is overthinking and thinking the worst in any situation which may be why she focuses on negative comments.

You see that's what having anxiety is it's being overwhelming anxious over something that you shouldn't be anxious about. I have a panic attack if somebody knocks on the door I'm aware that it's not normal and that most people do not react that way. I was saying that Kayla may feel more anxious at the beginning of a stream and by observing her actions and body language it certainly appears that way. I mean its not really about sympathy more about understanding why people act the way they do.

I've heard people say that clare only has her success because she is with Ali A as if there is such a big crossover in the Sims and erm I want to say fortnite and pokemon go community. I think she is successful because she is consistent and treats youtube and streaming like a job. Unfortunately it does mean that she can be a little over excitable and she definitely plays for a younger crowd and you can tell she'd rather play more mature themes. Also the other big sims tubers seem to ignore her I think maybe because she is popular
I think that might be how she GOT to be popular, possibly bc of him or other larger simmers (I swear she was closer to Deli years ago?) but I don't think that's why she stayed popular.
She might irritate me a lot but she is the only larger YTer I can tolerate aside from James so....

And, I mean, on her issues with her child fan base... Part of me feels for her bc its got to suck to have to placate these bratty kids but, it's also on her to tell them to shut their bleeping faces (but maybe nicer 🤣). I can understand her not wanting to, though, bc it would impact her channel and her money but... That's her choice to make. Continue to placate them and be annoyed, or tell them she's doing XYZ and won't tolerate their temper tantrums.... It sucks both ways but, that's the choice she needs to make for herself.
I do miss her vampire challenge on twitch, though I only watched the VODs but... She hasn't done one in a long time and idk if she got bored or bullied out of it by the whiney children.

The thing about Clare is her channel started on horror games, shooter games, and Skyrim. She's said she'd like to branch out of the sims but the sims kids won't let her. She did a stream a while ago shopping on shein and they exploded on her making her end stream because of all the hate. Side note what connections does she have that she was invited to the James Bond premiere and other big events? I ain't remember any other simmers going to big events like this ever. Sure Ali A is big but not even another simmer

That's the benefit of living on a small island, where there aren't that many big Youtubers. These events have big budgets but they aren't flying people across the Atlantic to attend, unless they are a celebrity. To fill the ranks, they often send out campaigns to agencies to help them fill seats. They probably have a manager, some connection or they post the opportunity on sites like Famebit to flesh out the ranks. That's also how Deli got sent so much PR, like a Wii U and a Playstation. There aren't many candidates in Australia with a following her size, so they just sent it to her in exchange for promotion. That's how PewDiePie got so big. He lived in a small country and Youtube promotes channels to the country they live in first. Then PewDiePie moved to Italy and Youtube opened him up to new audience. That new audience, plus his old audience, skyrocketed him to his initial success. Youtube can literally make or break you.

I miss it too. She probably got bored of it because her main sim put on weight and you know how much she hates that 😂😂

Her face has changed so much since she started YouTube. I’ve always wondered if she had any work done. Not that there’s anything wrong with that; it’s her face. Just my curiosity, especially seeing as she’s been open about the fact that ageing really scares her.

Yea I totally think it’s her anxiety that focuses on pretty much only the negative comments. But I don’t think you realize how bad it is. My jaw has literally dropped and I have left streams because of the way she has talked to people who have left comments that aren’t bad. God forbid someone asks you if you a simple question. One time she had planned a Mario party stream with friends and I had recent gotten Mario party so I was looking forward to the stream. It was on a day I was busy so I knew I would have to go back and watch it. Well when I went to go watch it I couldn’t find it. I looked in her discord and saw no history of it getting canceled so I assumed it was a twitch glitch that the stream wasn’t showing up. In a stream I asked “did you not stream Mario party the other day? I am not finding the VOD. Is it a twitch glitch?” and she went OFF on me basically saying “god forbid I cancel a stream because something came up” “I have other games to play and I can’t make everyone happy because someone is always going to say they want me to stream another game” blah blah blah… and all I asked is basically if it happened or if it was a glitch and I wasn’t seeing it… she was basically yelling at me for more than a few minutes. It wasn’t a quick shut down. I felt belittled and humiliated honestly. It’s disgusting how such a simple question can trigger an over the top, flat out mean, response.

I watched James' stream yesterday, Deli was there. Whenever they are in a stream together nowadays, I get a weird vibe. I feel like they had better chemistry when they weren't dating. She was acting a bit childish and James was not having it. He basically shooed her away. Then people in the chat pointed out that she is the "coffee girl" today, and she reluctantly went out to get coffee. :ROFLMAO:

Also, James is really cautious about not getting doxxed. Apparently, he watches Deli's vlogs before she uploads them to check if they reveal too much info. Maybe that's why she doesn't do any vlogs out and about.

i watched the first 7 minutes of this stream and had to turn it off because of the cringe deli was causing 😣 you could tell james was uncomfortable or he felt cringed too by how she was acting silly. it wasn’t cute or funny it was just absolute cringe and then the fake giggle at herself because she knew james just was not entertaining it 😂 please the second hand embarrassment i felt
