OOh thanks for the tipYou could try the Inpost app which opens lockers remotely? It’s actually quicker than using the QR code for me.

I need to take a deeeeeep breath
my buyer who got the wrong parcel from InPost now says I'm unfair and not being helpful because I won't share my name and address all of this over a £1 Primark baby item

oh glory daysI raised it as the buyer but be careful she doesn’t shaft you and pick the wrong option.
If she says something like not as described and wants to return then it could end up being your problem as I assume you don’t want that item either.
So they’re not going to refund you? I guess if the designer item is authentic and you can easily resell it then it’s not too bad.. but you shouldn’t have to pay for an item you never bought.Well Vinted are telling me to keep the designer item that I received by mistake and they’ll release the funds to the seller. I bought a toy!
Do I just think duck it my life it too short to fight with Vinted customer services and sell the designer item or do I stick to my guns
I’ve heard nothing from Vinted about my mixed up order. Makes me wary about using inPost now
Ah I know, none of them are perfect and there’s always going to be issues, it’s just part of buying/selling online I guessI'm not thrilled at the thought of using InPost going forward, but I've already turned off Yodel because the parcel shops are always too full to take my parcels, and that will leave me with..... Evri
Remember when Evri used to be Hermes and their reputation was so terrible they had no choice but to rebrand and hope everybody forgot they're a bag of tit
This is such a valid point. There are usually signs of nightmare buyers. constant messages being one of them. Oh how I wish I had not sold to mine!Oooo had 2 chancers tonight. The first one said my item was "too expensive" for them...
The second one is still banging on and if I wasn't so bored I'd block. Got something up for £55... They offer me £35 and I declined. They then start ranting how they refuse to pay any more then that for a fake. I was like if that's what you want to say ok, hope you find what you looking for ( unusually civil for me I know ). Now they are banging on about how can I prove it's real and how vinted is full of fake stuff... Like I'm gonna start bending myself in half to prove it's real for someone who clearly would be a nightmare buyer.
I always print my Inpost labels at home despite the option not to need to as it lessens the courier not making a muddle (unintentionally) of so many parcels.

Tried to find the answer online but no luck. How long are parcels kept at an Evri parcel shop?
Ordered something 10 days ago but seller took ages to send it and it’s arrived but I’m on holiday. Thought it was via inpost and have a friend who would have collected for me but didn’t realise it was evri!
