Well Vinted are telling me to keep the designer item that I received by mistake and they’ll release the funds to the seller. I bought a toy!

Do I just think duck it my life it too short to fight with Vinted customer services and sell the designer item or do I stick to my guns

So they’re not going to refund you? 😮 I guess if the designer item is authentic and you can easily resell it then it’s not too bad.. but you shouldn’t have to pay for an item you never bought.

I’ve heard nothing from Vinted about my mixed up order. Makes me wary about using inPost now 😐

I'm not thrilled at the thought of using InPost going forward, but I've already turned off Yodel because the parcel shops are always too full to take my parcels, and that will leave me with..... Evri 😶

Remember when Evri used to be Hermes and their reputation was so terrible they had no choice but to rebrand and hope everybody forgot they're a bag of tit 😂

Ah I know, none of them are perfect and there’s always going to be issues, it’s just part of buying/selling online I guess 😅

I turned off Yodel for the same reason and only use inPost and Evri now. I’ve actually not had many issues with Evri/Hermes over the years, I guess I’ve been lucky!

I just don’t want to be stuck paying for something I’ve not bought when inPost mixes up the labels. Lost/damaged parcels are refunded, which is the main risk with other couriers. So if Vinted refunds my order then I will carry on using inPost! Unfortunately their “buyer protection” is very hit and miss 😬

I really need help guys. Didn't realize dpd was enabled as a delivery service on my account nothertheless I sold two items. I checked four times that I attached the correct QR code to the correct items. In the shop they must have swapped them over by mistake. Start getting rude messages from one buyer saying she's recieved the wrong thing. Apologise profusely to both buyers. Pay for a return to my drop off point. One item just gets returned to the buyer she used the return I sent her and it didn't work so she had to pay herself l told her she didnt have to but she was fine with it . No idea why. Go to the drop off point to collect both after three days. They're not there and have been returned to the buyers. Again. Online says they keep them for six days? I've had the flu so haven't been able to get down :( now I've got two peed off buyers and vinted aren't replying to me. I understand their annoyance but one of them is being so rude! Has anyone had this happen? I will never use DPD again!

Oooo had 2 chancers tonight. The first one said my item was "too expensive" for them...

The second one is still banging on and if I wasn't so bored I'd block. Got something up for £55... They offer me £35 and I declined. They then start ranting how they refuse to pay any more then that for a fake. I was like if that's what you want to say ok, hope you find what you looking for ( unusually civil for me I know ). Now they are banging on about how can I prove it's real and how vinted is full of fake stuff... Like I'm gonna start bending myself in half to prove it's real for someone who clearly would be a nightmare buyer.

This is such a valid point. There are usually signs of nightmare buyers. constant messages being one of them. Oh how I wish I had not sold to mine!

Id transfer them the quid and tell them to shove it. Imagine going on like this is the worst problem in your life 💀

I’ve got an order stuck at drop off since 30th Sept and I can’t do anything till 2nd Nov 😩😩 and I need it but want to buy another because knowing my luck I’ll end up with 2

Think I'm about to get my first non-collected item 😤
I sent it the same day with Evri, it arrived after 2 days and was still sat in the shop 3 days later! Yesterday I sent a polite message giving her a nudge and she sent what I now suspect was a cock and bull story that she'd gone to the wrong shop to collect it and the one it had gone to was far from her home - like that's my fault! She said she'd go that day to pick it up and of course she hasn't 😡 Why lie?!
How long until it gets sent back to me? It was a My First Halloween outfit that I had a lot of interest in so I'll be annoyed if I don't have time to sell it again. duck you SS 🖕🏻

Looking 4 sum advice pls. Sent a parcel via evri, it said unable to deliver & is returning to sender. Looked at the tracking & it says it’s at a parcel shop. Is it at my parcel shop or the buyers parcel shop? How do I find out?

Tried to find the answer online but no luck. How long are parcels kept at an Evri parcel shop?
Ordered something 10 days ago but seller took ages to send it and it’s arrived but I’m on holiday. Thought it was via inpost and have a friend who would have collected for me but didn’t realise it was evri!
