Since 2017 NHS England have used the NEWS2 system.
120/80 is a perfect BP.
Under 110 would be a low BP
Oddly you have to score over 219 when in hospital for a BP to be considered high , though my Mum was sent in when hers was 189.
Not sure why the guidelines advise against their own system. Yours isn't overly low but your BP was better before. Under 110 you would score a 1 if you were my patient and I would advise you to drink more fluids .
After collapsing on a flight, I was admitted to hospital, and my blood pressure at the time was 220/180 (although the paramedic has said it was jumping off the scale initially whatever the scale reads up too.)
It was the bottom number the consultant at the time was interested in and she wouldn't let me home until the bottom number was under 100
I'd never flagged for particularly high BP before that either and MJ haa made no difference to my BP weirdly. It's still 'high but fine' as medicated. It's not changed at all in the last six months. Up or down
