I know 2.5mg is a starter dose, but did anyone not feel any suppression on it? I've done 2 doses and I still want to binge everyday. Don't know if its cause I was on semi glutide before so my body is used to it? Due to go onto 5mg in 2 weeks so hoping I will feel suppression then.
I didn't have any suppression on 2.5 or 5mg of MJ. They're just starter doses so this is perfectly normal for some people.
I did 6 months on Wegovy quite recently and had suppression from the very first jab but I also had lots of side effects which I haven't had with MJ.

Oh god, I made a terrible error - in the supermarket earlier I grabbed a half rotisserie chicken, figured it'd be a nice bit of protein and it was actually appealing for once rather than thinking about food making me nauseous.

Ate it, delicious. 20 minutes later, I am blowing my loo into the next dimension. My tummy hurts. I regret everything.
It’s the skin 😭

Not sure this is right 🤔 I’m sure everything says you need to keep it in the fridge after it’s opened.
It was the first time I’d read it too but I don’t think they’d put it on their app if it was wrong.

I started on Mounjaro last weekend and the pharmacist who went through the process with me said once opened it doesn’t need to be stored in the fridge, it’s just the new, unopened pens that go in the fridge. Sounds wrong to me tbh but I checked the instructions and it’s correct. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Sorry guys, my bad! I could have sworn it was the other way round!
It does seem really weird it's that way around. I tend to keep it refrigerated all month just in case. I just take it out of the fridge and hour or so before injecting as it tends to be more comfortable at room temp.

I have never done the price match thing with Medexpress yet but want to try. Who are you all using as the cheaper one you’re asking them to match?
Have a look at monj.co.uk, check the table that is without discount codes, as they won't match a discounted price. Their double discount has ended though, so bear that in mind, they will only price match now I believe. The last few months I had stuck with IQDoctor as they were consistently the lowest price for me. I only went back to MedExpress for my last pen last week as they were offering the double discount PLUS their code. To see whois cheapest at your dose look on the same site and check the 'with discounts' table, and the sort by the dose you want to buy.

Once open you have 30 days to use it
And once it gets over 8 degrees you have 30 days to use it, so either once you've used the pen for the first the 30 day countdown starts, so there is no need to refrigerate it either.

I keep my in the fridge, just as is easier, and inject immediately after taking (I did try the letting it warm up thing one week but made no real difference to me)

Oh I know there is no need, it's just where I keep it. And room temperature makes a different so me, perhaps it depends where you inject? I do it that way as it's what I did when I was having chemo, I was injecting in my tummy until recently, I can definitely feel it when it's "chilled".

Yep, you are right. It's only until it's 'opened' that it needs to be kept chilled. If you decide you do want to stash it in the fridge a tomato puree box is our preferred cache 🤭
Mines are in a black toothbrush box, it holds two pens and I put it in the top plastic cupboard bit behind the tartare sauce, siracha mayo and cashew butter, three things I know my other half will never touch 😆🙌

I’ve been on mounjaro for 12 weeks now with minimum side affects apart from nausea at the start and on the day of my injection. I took my injection on Tuesday and was up all night being very sick then again tonight I have been up being very sick again. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced these symptoms after 12 weeks when being fine up til now. I should say I’m only on 5 and this was my last 5 dose in the injection I have

I’m coming up to 3 dose on wegovy, unfortunately I’ve have a unrelated illness for the past 10 days, my appetite is still there albeit I’m only interested in very bland food but the snacking has certainly disappeared, I use to go daily to the shops for a grab bag of crisps and a duo chocolate bar so that’s a positive.
I’m looking at swapping over to MJ and starting again when I need to reorder, has anyone else done this?

I swapped from wegovy to mj but because of the way the medications work differently you would need to have a break between. I think it's a couple of weeks from what I can remember

Just had a Google, 5 weeks wait between swapping
