Sarah has alway been open about everything, and kept subs up to date with daily vlogs. Josh is just carrying that on. And we Tattlers are a fickle lot, are we not? Not long ago we were complaining about T keeping everyone in the dark, posting weeks behind-hand, videos of her looking grim, but actually saying nothing of any import from day to day, whilst all along being at home. Now we are getting regular updates as things are happening, short and to the point, and we are still not happy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very fickle indeed. The can’t win situation is a constant here on tattle though. As you said, we are only seeing a snapshot. Some are acting like Josh doesn’t even know Sarah and what she’d want. Or even worse that he has suspect interests. Surely this has been discussed between them. Josh and family know Sarah better then we do certainly. I guess it just makes for better gossip to always assume the worst.

I remember being euphoric when I was first put on high dose steroids when I had immense pain with total colitis. The relief was short lived as I quickly developed side effects to the steroids ( including excruciating pain in one of my eyes) and inability sleeping, mood swings etc. I went from dexamethasone to prednisone though so maybe different s/e.

The inability to sleep is quite something isn't it :( I think I went stir crazy watching it play out in our household.

I don't think Josh is making her talk or 'perform'. I can imagine it is very scary when you forget what you are saying or drift off onto something else. Josh appears to 'guide' Sarah and help her.
I see nothing but love from Josh, love , heartbreak and fear. However, I am a complete stranger and I can only judge by what I see.

Yes you have nailed it, Tattle = Gossip, I keep forgetting that. I don't do gossip, I joined Tattle because I was concerned about what T was doing to her less aware subs, and this was the only outlet I found. I never wanted to gossip or be bitchy, and try to be fair in my comments. I just don't understand where some of the venom comes from.

The same for me exactly. I came on here due to following Tiffany too. I am not here to gossip or be unkind either, which may sound strange since this is a gossip forum. We all have the right to our opinions though. And I'm with you on the venom, some posts are really unkind and sometimes downright cruel. I find it quite sad honestly.
 
Sarah just posted a video that she will be going home. They'll be going in for radiation every day until next Mon. She could have stayed in the hospital until then but, as long as she is able to drink fluids and eat, she's ok to be at home. Considering how dire things appeared on Sunday, she sounds and looks very good.
 
I think Josh absolutely adores Sarah. He’s been heartbroken, unable to control his emotions at times. I think they come across as very genuine people. He appears to be a mature man who puts Sarah and his children first. The children are rarely seen, they’re certainly not used for content.

I mentioned earlier that I was disappointed that they had gone down the merchandise route, and I’m having second thoughts about that. Sarah has worked through her illness until the last few weeks. She worked hybrid - office and home - and latterly (in the last few weeks) worked from home, having to rest when necessary. This is a woman trying her best in horrific circumstances. They’ve not relied on YouTube income, they don’t appear extravagant in their spending.

If a little income from merchandise helps them for Sarah’s remaining time with her family I say good luck to them.
 
I'm so happy to be wrong about her not getting out of the hospital. No matter how much time she has left it is wonderful to see her at home with her family.

I hope the palliative care folks followup and get her a hospital bed and help Josh with homecare.

I agree he seems to adore her and be utterly crushed by her recent decline.
 
Update from the Pog family. It sounds like they are very organised and facing the future with eyes wide open. Much strength to them.
