Ive not tried any except for a free sample of Santal 33. BIG mistake!

i love musky scents and already have Narciso Rodriguez for Her and Portrait of a Lady (which is super strong).

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good musky, woody scent, particularly with a good whiff of vétiver?

&Other Stories Arsbesque Wood is the smell you describe I reckon (sorry, not great at describing smells).
I also love Gucci Bamboo and Gucci by Gucci both of which are musky but more feminine. Also pretty much any perfume by Bvlgari and Issey Miyake. I really don’t know enough about perfumes and given my past beauty spending habits, it’s prob best if I leave this particular avenue under-explored 😜

@Jelly Bean, same here- the having 12 lip balms in different bags (car, pockets etc) reminded me of the trusted QVC sales pitch trickery. It’s nothing else but normalising spending and over-consumption.

Re: perfumes, worth spending a few quid on a tester if unsure before buying a full product. So pleased I did that for Le Labo Santal 33 as I really did not get on with it.
Just read it again - its 22 lip balms all in use. Not 12. 22. So none of them can be that good can they if you keep having to get new ones. Cross again now.

22 is crazy, especially, as you say, if they're all different because none really work. I think I have 7. But they are all Nivea ones, all the same. They work best for me and I just keep them all over the place for ease!

- personal recommendation from roaccutane days - yesstyle sells foaming lip exfoliater (amazing as it just lifts it off without scrubbing, then rub off with a tissue) then hydralauric acid, then lrp cicaplast lip balm layered over (but this is a tube so when it's at the end I cut and squeeze the rest into an old lip balm pot)
