Vaccines. Don't. Stop. You. Getting. Covid

Someone stop this ridiculous child and her nonsense

She is as thick as a brick. She doesn’t understand anything about vaccines but is now convinced that not only do they not work but they are actively harmful. Meanwhile the homeopathy and energy centring that she is doing definitely do work and are healing her. So so stupid.

I think this was his PB half actually, but it’s hard to tell when he does the same fist clench and medal bite in every race - bore off please CoffeeCunt, you look like a bleep doing that, next you’ll be trying to trademark the poses, bleep
 
I’ve never seen the training plan were you vom at the end of a 10k🤮 a week before a 90 min PB marathon attempt. Must be why I’m going wrong!
She talks about the training cycles and running well, but never addresses all the racing. Is the racing part of the training? I genuinely can’t follow it. She talks about showing up and consistency, but I don’t get where all the racing fits into that. She obviously went balls out at that 10km yet no discussion to the followers around how racing like that will obviously have an impact on any marathon performance. She just speaks of the training cycles between marathons with no reference to all the racing added in since Berlin and London?

They do my head in. A lot of talk and nothing makes sense. She keeps saying she will just run Valencia and enjoy it and see. Not buying it. She's going to push hard because everyone says she can't. But truth is she can't. The training and preparation isn't there to shave 50 minutes off a marathon just over a month ago 🙄🙄 I don't think she has ever enjoyed a marathon. With unrealistic goals, how can you.

Posting calories burned on her workout as that is the only thing it is good for. I went to have a look at her PT’s page and it seems that her PT is quite invested in calories burned too.

Charlie, if you do read here, please stop this. Doing this WILL be triggering to some of your followers. It is not healthy to workout solely for the calories burned. If you do track (to ensure you eat enough, not to earn food) then do not post them. This is not a trolling comment. This is merely to inform.
