She talks about the training cycles and running well, but never addresses all the racing. Is the racing part of the training? I genuinely can’t follow it. She talks about showing up and consistency, but I don’t get where all the racing fits into that. She obviously went balls out at that 10km yet no discussion to the followers around how racing like that will obviously have an impact on any marathon performance. She just speaks of the training cycles between marathons with no reference to all the racing added in since Berlin and London?
