Can carla_moves cut it out with the overly dramatic reel voice overs? She tries so hard to be motivational but frankly it’s a bit embarrassing
Imagine if the relationship ended - all that IG admin to delete previous posts (PMG and Dan for eg)I find WR and Kellogg's relationship quite toxic.
It's one thing having a personal coach set you unrealistic goals and expectations, lie about your achievements and be your cheering squad when the internet calls them out on it. But to do all that within an intimate relationship is domestic abuse.
I for one would not like to be within that toxic relationship, where every exercise is poured over for stats by your loved one and pulled apart. duck that anxiety. What a distorted view of exercise must she have?
I have to say I have an issue with either sub 4 or a BQ being some amazing athletic achievement. I expect I'll get slammed for this but BQ/ London Good for Age for women really ISNT that hard for anyone who puts the work in, doesn't have any particular health issues, isn't significantly overweight etc (not bodyshaming, it's just physics). Then again I've run a sub 3 so maybe I'm just a superior twit
Same as that alexm_16. Same rehashed and rubbish photos time and again. I mean the photo that Alex has posted today is just odd and looks like a photo taken by mistake. Interesting she talking about her niggly injuries today and it’s been clear she’s overtrained start times this year…Why does runnerbeans* have to do the same photo for everything? Ridiculous over stride flying feet? Come on love, you don’t run like that.

It definitely sounds like from Alex’s post that Bester was pushing her to run high mileage. News flash, that’s not the only way to get faster! And for the vast majority of people, it’s not sustainable and they will get injured. It’s amazing to me that if she’s been injured for as long as she says she’s been, why didn’t he take a step back as her coach and correct course? Exactly, is he even PT qualified to be giving out this (tit) advice? The guy is one of the biggest clowns and if PMG hadn’t have had Gracie and been off work on maternity then he’d have a small fraction of his runners, they all went to him from what I’ve heard and not sure if there was an agreement that some would be temporary or not so that would be interesting to know! Yeah it was something a few of us noticed, he took over loads of clients and think she recommended it too as they’re friends, well I think they still areI didn’t know this about the PMG/Bester connection. Interesting.
In regards to Bester, he doesn’t even need to be PT qualified to know this - he would just need to go out of his way to read some current research Too much effort I guess! But even logically, how does it make sense that you’d get stronger if you’re doing 5 x 20 reps with 2 kg dumbbells or whatever BS I imagine he tells people to do?? Running already trains you for endurance, and by lifting light you’re essentially using the same endurance stimulus. Sure, it’s better than nothing I guess, but it’s not really “strength training.” You’re not really loading your muscles in any notable way. This man really does my head in!
Also, I can’t stand the follow/unfollow crap he pulls on smaller accounts
My husband is an ultra runner and can squat and deadlift more than the bodybuilders he works with, they're always surprised someone without huge muscles can lift heavyI didn’t know this about the PMG/Bester connection. Interesting.

I used to. But then got bored by all the “change your form” posts.Does anyone follow trackclubbabe? I don’t know what to think, always pushes rest days taking weeks off after races etc but then is also flogging her training plans all the time!
