Tell me you also get annoyed with that flipping leg pose too?! As a woman I don’t do this and I genuinely don’t get why this is such a thing, throw your leg out to the side and place your foot on top toes, you just look like you’re pushing out a fart 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve also no idea why she has posted an skewed story of her eating her dinner too, very odd!
LOL. I hate the stories of her eating and drinking, they are just so cringey and awkward. She is one of the dullest accounts out there - always posting a highlight reel and being faux motivational. She’s one of those people that works out twice a day and acts like others don’t want it bad enough if they don’t do the same. Um, other people have responsibilities in life! I would like to know how many of her followers are real vs bought because I don’t know why anyone would follow her - the endless sports bra selfies I guess?

I wish I had a fully kitted out home gym like that though

Another example of “ooo I’d love some of this kit because everyone else is wearing it” in his latest video, then two days later a big box of freebies arrive.

Are these people genuinely getting it free or are they buying it and making out they’re important? This guy is a funny one as we’ve all mentioned before. Looking at his posts and barely scratches 50 likes on a lot of them but has over 10k followers, surely that means he’s done what Carla Moves has done and purchased fake followers?

These people are weird aren’t they…

He has to have bought them, there is no other explanation! I have less than 1K followers on my account but I get far more engagement (at least double or triple) than he does, it’s so bizarre. Like why buy them, when it’s so obvious they’re fake? Do brands work with them without even checking their engagement rate?

Wtf I just checked his engagement that is so weird?? I just checked mine to compare (and I’m lazy af with posting) - I have like 900 followers and my recent pics are anywhere between 30-100 likes. How can he be getting the same at over 10k followers?! There’s something very wrong there

Social Blade gives his engagement rate as 0.74% -- that's atrocious! He definitely bought some, somewhere down the line. I don't get his whole 'running club' either, it's a very bizarre set up. He acts like a traditional running club is horrible and unwelcoming, but most (including the one I coach at) have a Couch to 5K programme or other types of beginner sessions. Not sure why you want to prance around in those awful t-shirts either

Saysky are a brand I actively avoid. Their stuff looks shite, is overpriced and terrible quality. The fawning they receive from targeted users on social media is also cringe-inducing and seemingly never ending. This past 18 months has been particularly bad for gushing posts and videos.

Do you remember their controversial post last year about 'only real runners do XYZ'?

I remember the uproar by influencers at the time, which lasted all of three minutes. If I could be bothered, I bet I could find a heap of contradictory posts from accounts slamming them one week and plugging them the next.
Yep there was some clown I (for some reason) still follow and she kicked off, jumped on the bandwagon and really laid into them but recently seen her wearing one of their shirts! Short memory eh love

Not a fan, and his running group seems to be a lot of women. Maybe just cheaper to start a running club and be the fox in a chicken coop than pay for match.com. Also, if you want to get into London, it is easier to start a running club, and take their place rather than enter the ballot.

From my experi

From my experience of the ASICS frontbummer and Brooks Happy Slappers they ask for number of followers on each SM platform. So a few hundred sent to someone in Manilla and piff paff poof he has 14K.

Not a chance. If it’s been gifted she will want to make the most of it, and a tough day due to illness or injury gets plenty of likes. If she has paid for it I doubt that the travel can be refunded so again it still makes sense to go.
Starts laying the groundwork early with one of the kids sick, then she herself catches whatever it had, and then no BQ.

what I don’t get is that in about 30 seconds, I can deduce that most of his followers are fake. 10K followers but 30 likes on a photo? How can these brands not do any research before sending loads of free kit to these people? That’s a waste of money for them

I guess it shows 1) how cheap their stuff is to produce (slave kids) and 2) how much they are saving on advertising costs paying for real advertisers by sending freebies to these wankers.
