How many time each week are we going to see and hear cattherunner bore on about how tired and exhausted she is and how’s she’s so ill she can barely move and then a few hours later she out running. Is she that silly, if you’re exhausted and unwell then bloody rest, it’s really not that difficult for someone to understand how it works, is it…she’ll be back in wasting NHS time again soon no doubt 🤷🏽‍♀️

I have had chostochronditis due to an underlying health condition. The fact she is running raises my eyebrows. No doctor would recommend ANY impact exercise if that’s suspected! I was on bed rest it felt like my heart was going to explode. I needed steroids to fix, took weeks.
She’s stupid. Categorically stupid. If you are short of breath you should not be exercising in that manner. Do weights, do yoga, REST. God I’m annoyed. I don’t actually follow her, I went to look and she’s just p*ssed me off instead of making me want to follow her.
And no love, you are absolutely posting for sympathy.

I’m sure she will be at parkrun!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I used to think she was alright, but as time has gone on I’m finding her more and more annoying, I guess this is the pattern for these sorts though, a bit of attention and ‘fame’, they think they’ve ‘made it’ then turn into right arrogant kerrrrnts

If she does have costochondritis (I note it’s still “suspected”) and it’s very painful to breathe and talk, there is no way she’d be able to run, no matter how much she wants to. So it either isn’t costochondritis and is just a slight pulled muscle (perhaps from her job, which she has continued to go to) and it’s another woe is me ploy, or….is there an alternative explanation?

Absolutely. I couldn’t do much other than lie down, if I did move I paid for it. Being active was incredibly difficult. Even when it started to ease it was advised to not do anything “too active.”
The pressure to be in constant training is getting to her? So many of these IG runners never take a god damn break.
Look at Molly Siedel. She said “I have rested and could run, but I don’t want too.” And took a full fortnight (ish) off after NYC.

Tell me you also get annoyed with that flipping leg pose too?! As a woman I don’t do this and I genuinely don’t get why this is such a thing, throw your leg out to the side and place your foot on top toes, you just look like you’re pushing out a fart 🤷🏽‍♀️

I’ve also no idea why she has posted an skewed story of her eating her dinner too, very odd!

I had chostochronditis years ago and am shocked she's still running. I don't remember how long I was out of the game, but I know I was not running for quite a while after diagnosis. She's going to make it so much worse. Yet another irresponsible influencer.

Need to stop calling normal people influencers, she certainly is not any form of influencer. She is irresponsible though and it’s either not that serious or she’s self diagnosed because as a few of you have said, she’d no way be able to run if it was that bad! Still, a 23 minute park run will probably be posted this time tomorrow

Because it’s all about the thigh gap. God forbid any part of our female bodies touch. 🙄
 
Haha Anna so obviously reading here still with all her recent posts covering issues posted. Balance my arse sweetie - do a full day of eating if you don't want people to make assumptions. It isn't a huge appetite when you're engaging in so many compensatory methods, like only scoffing whatever you're suggesting on days when you kill yourself training, skipping breakfast or other meals around it and the like. Anyone would be hungry and eat a lot after that. Maybe not binge the way you do, but you have an eating disorder.

Also, lolz at the panic speedwork pre-half. Don't bother pretending your sub-1:40 was easy. We all know you're straining to the point of uterine prolapse because no matter how hard you protest otherwise you're obsessively competitive and have no other means of validation beyond beating other women into the ground and humblebragging all over your pathetic insta about it.
