Yes, honestly, if that is the way she sees her mother, that is pretty concerning. She depicts her like a screwed up child who is an adult; basically a shorthaired version of herself. Guess the apple didn't fall far from the tree...

Haha to be fair most graduands look like that. I definitely did. We all looked a mess, sub fusc is not the best graduation attire.

Those hoods are an absolute devil of a thing, you don't get them until you're in the actual ceremony (you go out and then process back in once you've put the hoods on, they're not part of the gown). Perhaps a safety pin would be a good idea but I can't think any graduand in the history of the university has thought of that one before graduation. Best and the brightest? P'rhaps not.

I would imagine it's probably fine in her actual graduation pictures (which she won't get back for a while), as she will have probably fixed it for those.

I wonder what she made of the cap doffing bit after the ceremony?
 
I remember her make a video in the black outfit, but didn't realise she went to a premier. Who are the women she's with? Does anyone know?

Yeah, her parents seem to take her on holiday to celebrate anything even remotely eventful in her life (graduations, birthdays, getting dressed by herself, not burning the house down with wonky candles), so her going radio silent for a week after her graduation ceremony definitely points to yet another holiday during term time.

And that was the Ruby joining a student protest for ecology, holding her ugly cardboard sign. So herself. What could they celebrate this time? The first time she tied her shoes by herself?

I agree she was definitely on holiday with her family somewhere but I'm surprised that she never posted anything considering that she's always posted when she's been on holiday before.

She might've finally realised that showing herself taking endless term-time holidays when she's supposed to be working at a school doesn't make her "job" seem like the important, demanding 9-5 she paints it as.

People have quizzed her in comments about her work schedule before when she's supposed to be "wahrrrking" and takes a two week holiday, so it might've sunk in that she should be more careful about showing herself on holiday during school terms this time around.

Or she could've just been rotting in her room too lazy to make any content. Either's entirely possible with Ruby.

Yup, she showed this make-believe curriculum off back when she first announced her VARRY PRODOCKTIVE gap year and it's literally all stuff she's either been taught at uni extensively or claimed to have researched thoroughly and learned all about in her own time before. She's just done her usual trick of pulling out a bunch of old lecture handouts to rehash and pretend she's actually learning something to look busy.

Even stupider: She already claimed she'd extensively mapped out this ridiculous "curriculum" months ago when she needed to pretend to look productive for a vlog, but now she's having to pretend to create her fake school schedule again just to have something to fill a shameless ad for a another service she'll never use.
