Too funny. She's been scammed by the dentist. My husband went for treatment recently and the dentist insisted he needed a top of the range oral b electric toothbrush. He didn't buy it due to extortionate price but when he went to his next appointment the dentist told him he could see what a massive, life changing difference the toothbrush had made (even though he had never used it ... I guess that's how good these brushes are 🤣)

Coming back to teeth, gums and good teeth are good. Bad gum health (in particular) and poor oral/teeth health are indeed linked to chronic heart disease and diabetes.

Is it a stretch to jump to tweeting that LO's teeth are life threatening? Oh, yes, I'd say so!

But it's RSM, and why make a point without hyperbole?

I hope the toothbrush is found broken, because the new year tweets will be bleeping brilliant.

Noting FTR that the crazy tweeting includes bitching about a really great winter coat (£180 worth) purchased for £32, which I (genuinely, no sarcasm) think is fab and hooray RSM [see/citation @FlashBoof earlier taking on a coat purchase recommendation from RSM (Iife threatening hilarity)]; my issue is that RSM advises the excellent coat was purchased two years ago; thus the rant about "we've had this issue recently re a coat" is, um, not relevant [this is an example of understatement].

I did purchase a Regatta parka - perfect for dog walking in brisk weather. For just over thirty quid.

Was the RRP £180? Naaaa - would I have paid over a hundred quid for it? Definitely not. Is it down stuffed? Nope. Would I survive a trek to Base Camp One in it. Nope - would be dead in minutes. Would either of my more fashionable kids be seen dead in it? Absolutely not.

I think the takeaway side note here is that - and I know I sound crazy - it's possible that the RRP (two years ago) for this coat was not - hear me out - £180.

If only RRPs and coats could talk, and thank god RSM anticipated not just the size of the coat but LO's current increased size re "povvo disordered eating" which I only know because RSM told me plus 22.3k "followers."

Do you think Xwitter was set up with cough narcissists in mind? "Followers" is pretty cult.

PS: bet Bex is enjoying this. Stay tuned for her smug thread on ND child's dentist visit (best ever visit and bestie accompanying.)

She's a cruel and tyrannical narc parent who probably rants the equivalent of an eleventy billion tweet thread at her kids if they dare to step out of line. The girls are scared to express opinions or to lose or damage things. They hide the truth from her because of her rages. That's incredibly sad. How dare she post all this cod analysis of her daughter online. It's just disgusting.

Why didn't she buy her a primark jacket instead of begging for weird pyjamas and dressing up clothes. Let her fit in. I refuse to believe she doesn't understand how important it is at that age, she wants to dominate and humiliate her daughter and enjoys wielding her power over her children because she is deeply cruel and abusive.

Cheap brushes aren’t a problem. I’ve only ever used cheap brushes on my lovely hair. Cheap basics shampoo irritates my skin, but for a long time it was a 99p shampoo that I could use, not the expensive stuff. She’s absolutely full of tit. And cutting the hair at home with scissors! On a 13 year old! Has she invested £3 in hairdresser scissors? What a strange thing for someone with ME to attempt to do well.

Just combed my hair with a high quality wide toothed comb. A comb I found in a bin at work and sanitised. It's a wondrous comb.

A lot of hair came loose from my head.

MY HAIR IS THREATENING MY LIFE.

Stand down. My hair is not threatening my life. It just needed a good comb after a hot day. You lunatics, stop reading my RSM-style drama.

Gum disease doesn’t tend to require expensive “dentally complex” surgery to fix though, does it?

She’s now said LO has weak enamel and could “literally brush a hole” in her teeth so needs the pressure sensor… which as a reply pointed out even the cheap £20 oral b ones have (light up red if you’re pressing too hard).
