I'm going to have to look at it now, anything in particular I need to be aware of, weird names for underwear for example?
They love very expensive water bottles called Kleen Kanteens. We go through water bottles like nobody’s business so no way could we afford it.
Their own Pikler triangle. The emperors new clothes of toys imo. Dressing kids in head to toe frugi or scandi. Lots of ‘here’s my order’ hauls despite being supposedly ethical.
Currently they are giving random free stuff when buying a cloth nappy. How this is ethical/low waste no idea?

If you read the post, which I just have, it appears she suffers from anxiety and found the situation a bit overwhelming.
I don’t really think that’s anything to make fun of, tbh. Granted yes the whole Popsy thing is a bit of a joke but mental health very much is not.

Oooooooof I apologise on this one. I’ll go back and edit to say as much. I got two posts mixed up.

ETA Can’t edit my original post so I guess I’ll leave this here

My son has tons of frugi but it’s not for the status as such. tbh a lot of mainstream boys clothes are just so boring and drab. There’s only so many dinosaurs that I can stand.

I only buy the dresses with the attached belts now because the ones with the plastic belts just annoy me 😂 probably doesn’t help I don’t always like the position of the waistband as it always feels too high on me whatever size I order.

I definitely think someone's research project could be these cult type groups...are they the Tupperware parties for the modern age?!

On the scandi kids thing, are these the people who have this thing about Wankel toys? including those indoor slope things that just look like an accident waiting to happen to me. On another group I'm on I've seen a few women replying 'Wankel' to posts with photos of rooms including obligatory wooden toys etc. Apparently this is like saying Popsy in the wild and not an insult...!

Those indoor wobble board things are a Montessori thing I believe. I agree they look so dangerous! Kids could easily get their fingers trapped.

Wonder if the fact that Popsy allowed one of the ladies to buy a dress before the mad Friday hype day as it’s her birthday, but refused another lady to get one when she previously asked will cause a fuss 😂

I might use my upcoming birthday to see if I can get anything early…. Or not!

Lol yeah i think it’s a babipur thing. I joined the babipur group then left as people’s playrooms filled with £1000s of expensive wooden toys like grimms etc made me feel very inadequate!! The wankel is a wooden stacking toy. We have one I got second hand, it’s like but wouldn’t pay full price!! It’s crazy the prices of some of the wooden toys, I like the ethos and idea but if my son wants to play with Thomas the tank engine then I see nothing wrong with that!
