I thought I heard her say 6 months? So if that's true they did reach out around the time of her and Jamie's first break up and probably missed that they got back together or it was too late and already in production. They obviously did well the first time around by gifting her the 'for myself' ring after the Joe breakup so they saw another opportunity to do the same. She's too vain to be offended that her 'friend' is taking advantage of her low moment as a marketing opportunity.I think Niomi chose the stones and style of the ring, just like the first time. She mentioned that she knew the ring was coming, she had been contacted by the brand one or two months before, and a bunch of PR gifts were waiting for her at her mom's house when she returned from Bali. The brand knew nothing about her broken engagement or the exact time Niomi would get their ring. Influencers always gush about the kindness of brands, how they feel spoiled, Christmas came early, etc. It just sounds better than saying, hey, I'm one of fifty influencers who were sent a product as part of the seasonal marketing campaign. And I guess some influencers may actually believe brands like them so much that they send them gifts out of thoughtfulness and affection, but that's just crazy.
