Super male gazey. It doesn’t look likes she’s reappropriating manspreading, it looks like a highly sexualised pose for the male gaze.
If she wanted to talk about man spreading she could’ve just posed doing that. It didn’t need to be done in black lacy underwear made by women in sweatshops in developing countries.
One day there will be studies on the confusion of millennial women, on one hand conditioned (maybe the last generation to be conditioned to such a high extent) to cater to the male gaze, on the other growing up to realise it’s inherently damaging and wrong. The comments calling her beautiful and stunning are just feeding into this damaging mindset, though kindly meant and no doubt sincere.

why is it such a chore for her to be open and honest? It makes total sense that she should mention she financially benefits from posting up a link and a discount code.
If I didn’t read tattle I wouldn’t have clicked that this discount codes equate to income to influencers, which means Nelly has a financially interest in posting them and their products and this code, which totally changes the context in which she’s promoting them.

I wonder how the budget will affect her and B’s plans to buy a house/get a dog.
I’m fairly certain she still owns her first flat so even if they sold their current one to move to a dog friendly place, it would still count as a second home.

every year I find her gifts highly underwhelming… for someone who only ever shows things if she’s being paid for it and/or earns from it (ad/ affiliate links) and sells all her clothes and free things received from brands, she honestly is so tight. And I’m only saying this in relation to her earnings.

I know Christmas isn’t all about the money but spending £21 on her mum’s “main” present seems very tight considering she wears expensive clothes and carries designer handbags. She’s in a new house of cb dress every other week.

I felt bad earlier about my post cause I know money is tight for a lot of people right now and as you mentioned it’s not about the money, but when you’re getting paid for everything you post and then you’re wrapping and gifting a galaxy chocolate set and some £2 westlab bath salts from Tesco, like really!? And poor B he’s basically her photographer and prop and he gets a dressing gown… not even an especially nice one. And tit dates at home all year like they’re 15. So so strange. Not even commenting on the dog collar cause it’s giving intervention needed now vibes. Either that or she’s bought it for someone else and trying to palm it off as her being

you’re totally right, it’s not about the money. But a dressing gown feels so platonic? It’s a gift you’d get for any male family member.
there’s tons of thoughtful inexpensive gifts. My husband and I don’t like to buy extravagant Christmas presents because we already have a lot of stuff and aren’t a fan of overconsumption in general. So I tend to make him things. His favourite present I’ve ever gotten him is an inexpensive framed photo of us on one of our favourite holidays with his favourite poem.
I can’t imagine buying house of CB dresses on the reg and walking around with a £2k handbag and an expensive makeup collection and… spending £50 on a dressing gown for my partner that will probably be free by the time people have used my affiliate link. she spends an absolute tit ton of money on herself. Those multiple nude casts of herself cost hundreds if not going into the thousands at this point. The nude pictures, the elaborate photoshoots for herself. She’s constantly buying tat (the Christmas tat she has around the house probably cost more than B’s present). She’ll randomly buy stuff at auction then spend an entire day driving to collect it..
But for B? No thought, no money, no effort. He was messing around with the dressing gown in M&S so apparently that makes it a thoughtful gift.It’s a slap in the face to B who is, according to her, an extremely supportive and loving partner. But it’s ok I guess because she got black Santa gift wrapping paper for him…
I get such strong narcissistic vibes from her. It honestly feels like she doesn’t even like the guy at this point.
what are the odds she reads this and then backtracks and gifts “him” a trip away somewhere as his “main present” (that will be during the week so he has to take AL and will be a sponsored/discount trip that she’ll use to make content for herself)
