It says a lot about Nelly doesn’t it.

either she’s a soulless tight ass trying to make money from impersonal presents she’s bought people..

or she’s a soulless liar trying to trick people while hiding the fact she is getting paid every time they buy the gifts she’s advertised.

really embracing the spirit of Christmas has Helena. Surrounding herself with soulless consumerism.

if you dared to point out to Nelly that she needs to clearly mark ads and affiliate links, she’ll throw a huff and call it ridiculous, like she has in the past. Maybe take the piss. So if you point it out in a forum she ostensibly shouldn’t be viewing, then she’d call it trolling/ bullying.

it says a lot about her levels of entitlement and narcissism. I’m honestly so shocked at some of the seemingly innocuous things she’s posted recently.
 
Saw the other day she had an online order arrive with “Christmas shopping”.

I thought, oh, she’s come to her senses and read some comments and decided to get B an actual thoughtful gift. But no. It’s all for herself.

If you had to make a list of the ways in which Nelly spends her time…

its 1. Shopping for herself online 2. Browsing on Instagram and TT for content to steal and 3. Taking herself out for nail and hair appointments. Throw in the odd Hoop class, the hour of running/baking each weekend and that’s pretty much the sum of her life.

Generally speaking, there’s no exploring Brighton, no charity work, no hobbies, no reading books, no studying, nothing truly creative. Minimal time with friends and family. No outings or trips.

It’s sad to see.

Wow…..and there’s me sat here debating whether to put £20 or £25 on my electric meter and if I can afford the extra £5 as I also need petrol and food shopping and haven’t done any Christmas shopping yet as I’m broke! As if most people have that kind of money to waste on a Christmas party dress :/ even if I did have the money, I just couldn’t bring myself to spend that much on one thing! Certainly not something that I’m not going to get a lot of wear out either!!!
 
She’s not keeping these dresses. It’s how she tops up her income.

She buys expensive dresses because she’s hoping to make more ad revenue that way. It’s why she lists expensive stuff on her Liketoknow as an “exact match” when it’s not. She linked a Maxmara (I think) coat a while back as an “exact match” that cost thousands, and I’m sure her actual coat was Mango.

It’s also why she’s plugging the AYM dress again - this isn’t part of “this seasons loveliest dresses”Haul she’s just done - it’s an opportunity for her to plug an expensive item.

now that she’s filmed and linked these, she’ll sit back and wait for the ad revenue to come in. Then she’ll return everything. She might keep one or two dresses, but she’ll wear once for a photoshoot and then list on Depop/vinted as “unworn”.

she has this kind of money through dishonest means, lying on social media and because she has no real social life to deplete her funds. She leeches off her viewers and probably her tenants too.

don’t compare yourself to people on social media like Nelly. She comes across as a deeply unhappy person, and I’d bet money your life is more fulfilling, has more purpose and more joy, friendship and integrity in it that Nelly’s does.
 
Does anyone get a headache from their eyes rolling when she posts stuff on TT like

“we’re about to be bombarded with sales” before she proceeds to… bombard people with ads. As if she’s not part of that very exact problem.

and her TT vid on child protection? It honestly reads like so much stuff out on tattle. How people shouldn’t be sharing details of their kids lives. It’s like she’s been at home and has been picking her brain about why tattle is so popular.

oh, it’s because so many criticisms cited on this forum are legitimate and commonly held views.

So she’s combed through the site to find a popular view she can co-opt for her own social media, but doesn’t apply to her. Well, that discounts anything about hidden ads or promoting overconsumption, since those all apply to her.

aha! The popular view on kids! She doesn’t have kids.

so she posts this popular viewpoint, distances herself from “influencer culture”, pretends she’s not a version of the very people she’s critiquing and benefits from pandering to a popular view.

she’s honestly so vile and disingenuous and self serving.
