There’s a sob story ‘need a hand hold’ God forgive me, but I don’t believe a single word of it! Lots of ‘you’ve got this!’ (If it’s all true, she really hasn’t) ‘you’re special!’ etc. it’s the story that has everything, DV, cancer, MH, parental alienation, homelessness, family want nothing to do with her, on and on it goes…
Yes I read that and it’s basically a begging thread.

Are we all ready for the influx of begging threads coming due to the Budget?

"I lost my job because of the Minimum Wage increase and now I can't feed my disabled children nor can I get to a food bank because there are none in my area and I can't afford to get the bus because of the increase in bus fares nor can I borrow from family because they are all dead."

Christ. Can you imagine Shithole losing her dentures on that floor of hers?

There is already one there about the stamp duty going up on 2nd homes. OP is on her parents deeds and is buying a flat, now she wants the seller to drop their price by 10k to cover how much more it is going to cost.
Talk about a mumsnet world problem 😂

I was following that thread in moreorless real time.

I was all primed for howling, weeping, wailing, sobbing and shaking over the private schools losing charitable status and VAT exemption from them, and mucho guffawing, chortling and unladylike snorting from me.

Sadly, there was not much reaction other than continued denial i.e. they'll never organise it by January etc. I guess they've purged themselves over the months since the election. :(

What a waste of my bloody time!! They really need to get their hive-mind focused! :p

I was wondering why you would call a locksmith for constipation. But then I realized you meant the back door to her home.

You never know with shithole, I bet her dentist has told her a million times how to brush her teeth, explained the importance of it but she will have had a million reasons why she couldn't and it just wouldn't work for her so the dentist just agreed to pull them all out to get rid of her.

I just want to whinge briefly about the mumsnet Christmas forum. Not about it existing, but because it’s my guilty pleasure to read and the usual knobheads don’t really go there. It’s mostly people who like to faff doing crafts and making chutney. And also people who buy their kids giant piles of presents and are tit hot at finding bargains. I lurk vicariously because I’m too cack handed to crochet penguins, I really can’t bleeping cook (despite years of having to do it because I can’t afford a personal chef or takeaways every night) and am too lazy for bargain hunting. And I like reading the threads about Nigel Slater and fancy gin, so sue me.

But at the moment it’s been infiltrated by twats who are all “is anyone just not feeling Christmas this year? Is it all a mass capitalist conspiracy? What’s the point?” Oh DO duck off back to the entire rest of mumsnet please. No one is expecting you to be thinking about Christmas in October, you’ve chosen to come and smear your misery over a clearly labelled forum for the exact thing you don’t like! Leave my crafty chutney makers alone!
