I never watched love island right but I recently watched the video of when Maura went in and all I can say is Molly acting like Maura is her secret lesbian BFF is embarrassing af from the sexual tension between her and Tommy back then

Plus, according to Molly, Maura promised her she'd never go for him again after he made his choice..and she kept her word for the next 44 days in the villa.

If mollie and Tommy weren’t a couple why the duck did she act like such a wild jealous BRAT when Maura come in?? I watched it recently and honestly was shocked this girl is so pppular having behaved like that. The way that Scottish guy shut her down was 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼BRILLIANT.

Panic IMO. Tommy was her safety net at the time.

She'd gone from believing she could pick and choose ..and jump from Tommy to Danny or Anton, if she wanted...

...to Danny deciding on Yewande, Anton getting fed up with her stringing him along(+ Elma coming in for him) ...and her safety net of Tommy, having his head turned by Maura. She went from Queen Bee of 3, to potential dumpee, in the space of a day.

From what I’ve seen on Facebook, PLT massively hyped up their Black Friday sale. There was supposed to be items ‘100% off’. People waited and the sale was apparently tit.

The sale didn't exist. They do this time and time again and just get away with it. At midnight (when they advertised this sale to begin) nothing changed price and nothing was 100% off which is actually a trading standards issue (read: illegal). Then they're apparently dropping new items on the 'sale' every hour but strangely no on has managed to get anything and every single thing in the 'sale' is sold out within seconds. They logged people out of their accounts and people couldn't log back in, someone I saw on Twitter got logged into someone else's account (serious GDPR breach). They've been hyping this up for 3 weeks and the website and app crashed out for everyone as it was obviously not equipped to handle that amount of visits despite knowing for weeks in advance this would happen.

OT but I wish someone would make a thread or something about these scammy practices by the likes of PLT , they generate traffic to their webpages hoping people will just buy something anyway even if the 'sale' doesn't exist
 
PLT is a joke and Molly should be ashamed to be associated with it. I’m so against fast fashion, but equally it is wrong to shame working class people for purchasing it, it’s people like Molly who advertise and promote it when they clearly can afford sustainable clothing, and that’s all she shows off. She’s a sham, her ‘creative director’ role is a joke, she’s a joke. I can’t wait for her to dry out soon, how long are people going to be interested in her PLT collections?

There actually were some items listed for £0 but PLT failed to mention that you had to search to find the items, instead of them being linked on the homepage like implied. A lot of these items were also conveniently sold out within seconds, despite no-one being able to access the website.

I’ve only seen a handful of people actually get something but I wouldn’t be surprised if the items never show up. Still an extremely misleading campaign though, as they implied that everything would be discounted when it only seems to be items that have been collecting dust in the warehouse as per usual.

I’ve also heard that they marked up some of the original item prices to make the discount look better, which is something that ISIF is also renowned for doing.

Sidenote: if anyone would be interested in a separate PLT/Umar Kamani thread I could make one!
 
A “creative director” who:

- Didn’t know they had a black gilet “when I saw PLT had this I had to get it” .. the creative director would have final approval on every collection due to their accountability for quality, brand identity etc
- Doesn’t know what the fabric used is called on a pair of their jeans ... When items are designed, the creative director is always presented the design (usually including two or three fabric options) by the team for approval.. why does she not know what the fabric is called?

I’ve never worked in a big business (and I’ve worked in a fair few!) where the creative director would be unaware of key pieces or would be unaware of the names of fabrics and designs... I wish I didn’t feel angry but I do, every creative director I know worked so hard to get to their position and it’s so unfair.

I don’t know why people run to buy her PLT collections in the first place because… although she’s the face of it, she’s the one endorsing it, I don’t think people grasp that she’s just paid to pretend she likes it. You can see for yourself in her hauls that she likes high end designer clothing 😂 she would not wear PLT if she wasn’t up the founder’s arse.

PLT clothes are so bad I would not use them for cleaning. I am all up for affordable fashion but companies like PLT are the pits of the fashion world . Better off buying good clothes x
 
I notice she hasn’t posted about any Black Friday sales except maybe PLT, I see money Mae is too rich too put effort into something that will get her a small commission..

I haven’t shopped at PLT in longgg time but just noticed the price of the items have gone up a lot! Great if they’re paying their staff proper salaries but PLT was only ever worth it for the price.. quality hasn’t improved so what’s the point of shopping there if they’re almost at Zara prices?
