@Pocahontas - you know that jacket is made of real gold right? You know that gold prices have sky rocketed in the last few weeks right? You may wanna re-think that price and get @Breakdance Badass locked in a bidding war with a couple of the other VIP wannabesDo you take Bitcoin, @Pocahontas ?

Yes. Certainly one of the stranger comments I’ve read So much to explore with that comment but so little timeI think the 'he's a father and you're all pointless 'is THE best quote I've seen anywhere.

I agree. Can't stop thinking about having this quote printed on a Tshirt or a bag. The current thread title and others are also tempting. Imagine walking around in London or Kent with a bag and meeting a fellow Tattler . (I would never print one of their photos on a bag but I was bored).
Do you accept PayPal payments? How about we all chip in and buy a tee for FoD to wear on his bike rides? Obviously amending to I am a father...I agree. Oh that’s really annoyingI actually unfollowed her a few days ago because I saw she had liked some of Wiley’s ravings; not his directly anti semitic rants but about how he was furious he’s being targeted for speaking ‘truth’. His account has been deleted otherwise I would share screenshots.

I really like her account, the 3-person bunkbed fallout was a bit uncomfortable though. I understand her point about white women having a lot to say about the safety of children & not the safety of black women during labour and I can understand why that would upset you, but I still think they're very valid concerns to have... Tbh it seems her husband's a furniture maker so whilst their setup may be safe there is the due diligence thing of not sharing it with people who are going to be stupid enough to have a go themselves without the relevant skillset?!
Although off topic but I'm AMAZED at her bathroom transformation whilst renting? I can't figure out if it's all been installed or if it's all removable to save the deposit/tit off landlord. If it's the latter omg would love a tutorial for some quick fixes as our full #reno will be post baby now.
She says she spent two years of her savings on doing up her rented home. This is the interview she gave the guardian. " (She makes the point that their renovation costs equated to about 10% of what they’d need to pay for a deposit on a similar two-bedroom flat.) "

Personally I wouldn't sink that kind of money in a place I would only live in temporarily. I've been in my place for around 5 years- thankfully it came fully furnished and the only things I've bought to decorate have been posters, tinsel and ikea stick on butterfly stickers. (If anyone wants to collaborate with me DM's only please).
This is a better interview with her:
The Tale of Africa Daley-Clarke - The Grace Tales
So many of Africa Daley-Clarke's words inspired us – her desire for greater racial equality, her approach to raising girls and much morethegracetales.com
Never posted before but they are camping with Sarah Tomczak. Twins are in one of her photos and so is MOD.
Thank god I've already cancelled my subscription to RED!
Ooooh thank you for sharing this I’ll give both a read! Tbh I’m amazed she’s done so much on “only” 10% of a deposit (although appreciate how needlessly inhibitive/exclusionary the requirement for deposits to buy are.....), we’ve only done minor cosmetic stuff (plastering, decorating, new floors) and I’d say we’ve already spent over 25% of our initial deposit I love her bathroom.
I like the rental stuff she shares as it’s true and empowering for a generation excluded from owning - but I worry because landlords are largely trash and don’t deserve their properties doing up for nothing? I haven’t read the article but I do hope her LL reimburses her somewhat as she’s made their property worth a lot more tbh.
