I've never done a Disney cruise, mostly because my husband is allergic to the magic. But TBH, watching videos, whether from the Trackers, Kyle Pallo, or Adam Hattan (I think I may have seen one from Cruising with Ben and David as well, but I can't remember. Definitely JJ Cruise, tho), I don't see anything that's worth the prices they charge, I guess except for the characters and maybe the Marvel and Star Wars days at sea. At least not for a set of DINKs. We're partial to Celebrity, and I just feel like we get a better experience for quite a bit less money.

When he ate lunch at the Windjammer, his luggage was sitting next to the table, and clearly he wasn't hauling it around with him during the tour. 100% it's his mom with him. I thought I heard her voice say "yes" to the waiter at dinner. I think it's weird that he decided to do this non-Disney cruise without Dave, since Dave was the one years ago trying to get him to try other cruise lines.

You’re better off on X. We only did DCL because by the time we could book, DCL was the only cruise not sold out. I’m glad we did it but it’s crazy expensive. It’s nice but not worth the price unless you have kids—even then the value is questionable. As DINKS ourselves, we too think X is the best bang for the buck and it’s who we usually cruise with.

We've done 2 DCL cruises. They were both good and getting to do a Merrytime Christmas one was fun but paying for a family of 5 was a lot but at the time it wasn't too much more than any other cruise line at the same time. Of course we left out of Galveston so that may have lowered the price a bit and we booked far in advance. We may never go back to DCL because of the prices. It is outrageous.
My wife and I looked at a Mediterranean cruise for this summer and DCL was 3.5x the price for basically the same itinerary as RCL. DCL was an inside room versus a balcony room on RCL. We are going with RCL for this trip.

Just as Michael abuses DAS, I assume he lied about his vax issue to gain access to the ship. But he's not yet ready to commit perjury involving a Disney cruise. Michael recommends using a gopro on the cruise, but he recently lectured us not to use recording devices and enjoy the people we're with.Another babbling stream o'crap.
I really was wondering how the hell he got away with getting on Royal Caribbean when he is clearly unvaccinated. Ugh. Can’t believe I used to like this guy.

And that’s probably one of the reasons mom is with him, too. If they’d questioned anything when he checked in, his “Dr.” could throw medical jargon at them to convince them.
I am so curious to know what’s going on with this obvious divide that everything is Michelle/David OR Michael/Mom and dad is just completely gone!

I mean, he's clearly not going to go dancing in a club, because people would be drinking alcohol and possibly having sex back in their cabins. And he's not going to go to a late-night show, because they might use dirty words.
Which is a shame. Not all of Royal Caribbean's entertainment is great, but the shows in their AquaTheater on the Oasis-class ships are incredible.

How many times did he have to say "We're having a great time..." "We're having a lot of fun already" it's almost like he has to convince himself that he's not stuck in a bottomless pit of depression and unable to enjoy anything anymore because he moved into the heart of the "action" -- hell, look at his eyes - he looks exhausted, not excited!
Also, honestly, the video is almost exclusively just Michael pointing out things with limited to no knowledge
RE: The pride thing, honestly, I think people are reading too much into it. Michael is a simpleton, and if you don't have gay friends it's remarkable easy to be relatively ignorant about the flags, parades, and what not.
Doesn't mean he hates gay people or anything. The no relationship comments rules are probably in place because he is still trying to be "family friendly" and doesn't want to see mention of any adult things, straight or otherwise. The man has thousands of hours of video content available, and up until now nobody has been able to show any concrete evidence for these rumours - same with the liking kids thing, no concrete evidence has been presented as of yet.
He just seems to like the same things as kids, which is probably more closely related to Peter Pan Syndrome or some kind of autistic disorder, but it, probably, doesn't make him a predator.
There are about 50000 things to gossip and call out Michael for already, and I'm not defending him in any case, but I think we should stick to what is actually evident from the videos and not make hyperbolic conjecture needlessly.

I'm sorry, no. He's lived in the world, and he's from a cosmopolitan part of the country. He's at least met a gay person before. And if he didn't know what Pride was, he wouldn't have had to awkwardly pretend like that shirt was something it wasn't with the fumbling around to tie it to the Muppets.
Between that and the "no orientation" thing, I'm pointing to two examples of him being AT LEAST benignly homophobic. If he's not, he's welcome to prove me wrong.

I think they use different colors for different sailings. My vaxxed husband and I had white ones when we went in October. So I wouldn't automatically assume.
I was just getting ready to post about this. There are some areas on the ship that require vaccination to enter and masks are not required. Not that Michael would be hanging out at a lot of the bars, but I bet there will be no mention of it and he will not be goign to any of those areas. Also, if his wristband is not the same color as Kyle's (who is vaccinated and points out the needed wristband for vaccinated only areas), it does lead one to believe further confirmation of his status. Although for me, canceling a Disney Cruise was pretty much all the confirmation anyone needs. As others have mentioned, he couldn't help but talk about Disney throughout this vlog.
I am EXTREMELY grateful for the swim shirt though. When he mentioned that 'we' will be enjoying the hot tub a lot, I had so many flashbacks that I still can't unsee. Please leave the swim shirt on always!
