Was anyone else on Lucy Bloom tiktok for a while? She harrassed a person who gave her book I think 3 or 4 stars and ended up having so many 1 star reviews on goodreads 😂. Tbh I'm sad Mel abandoned her tiktok as I can imagine her going the same way one day.

Yes, this reminded me of the Lucy Bloom scandal. Melanie should thank her lucky stars that she's not relevant enough to cause a scandal on social media because she's done a lot of stupid stuff. Lord knows she's tried to become relevant over the years, starting with her "why I'm no longer vegan" video, which was made with the sole purpose of getting reaction videos from angry vegans.

Let us not forget her Fascist Twitter scandal.....😂 She knows it'd be the same on TikTok, you can't get away with anything. On insta she can block people left right and centre and delete to her hearts content

This prompted me to take a look at some of her reviews on good reads. She got quite a scathing review from a fan of hers for Glasshouses fairly recently, some of the quotes she’s mentioned are utterly hilarious (#1). “A mouthful of coagulated sugar and wheat” to describe someone eating a biscuit? :ROFLMAO:

This may have already been discussed and pointed out in the past but I also found this other reviewers description of the plot and characters of Glasshouses really telling of the way Mel views her sister Jess (#2). We already know she based this story off them and their relationship, so the fact she’s written ‘her’ character as successful and having it all but Jess’ character as homeless, no boyfriend, with no direction and depressed is pretty crappy imo. Especially as I’m certain she wrote this following their fall out when Jess’ boyfriend had left her and she had to leave their flat in Dublin and essentially became homeless and had to go back to live with her parents. It’s a bit on the nose. The way she describes Mel’s character as missing her old life full of travel and excitement, that she doesn’t want to have to ‘take care’ of her little sister, and that she never gets to put herself first absolutely reeks of Martyr Mel. She has such a high opinion of herself it’s obscene. Always playing the struggling martyr, even in her writing. If I were Jess I would have been offended by the way she’d portrayed me and the clear disdain she seems to have for having to be there for her sister.

Melanie hates women point blank.

I don't know if anyone else is following Hazel Hayes but she showed the cover of her latest book and a bit of a blurb the other day and just as I was expecting moments later.. Melanie was in overdrive plugging her stories with people reading glasshouses (after not mentioning it ages) she's jealous and insecure but it is even is worse than that. Making fake accounts to slag off other successful YouTubers is actually very disturbed.
 
Anyone noticed the pictures Hannah witton put on of her feeding her son at the beach? This would usually be up Melanie’s avenue, but not a flicker from her. Is it ‘let’s normalise breastfeeding as long as it’s ME getting my nips out, if it’s my attractive, slim friend breastfeeding I don’t careeeee’. Considering she bangs on about it enough you’d think she would at least like the post for ‘normalising it’.

I'm sorry, what is this accent ? I mentioned before I deleted SM about 2 and a half years ago, so I haven't seen her page in a long long time. But what is this new accent? That's completely different than how she used to speak. She grew up in Navan & Ashbourne, and then moved to Skerries ?Is there another medical condition she has that I am not aware of that made her accent change ?

I have children and I still don’t “ get it “ having them grow into decent human beings is all the reminder I need ,that I at least tried my best 😂but then it’s all about her and what she does/ did …We’ll await baldies spunk ring 💍 can’t have her ego outdoing his 🙃
