Off topic but does anyone have any suggestions to help me sleep? I’ve tried warm milk and lavender spray but last night I hardly slept a wink because of the pain in my arse!

I have a lavender pulse point roller ball that I've found quite helpful. Not much use for you tonight though, sorry. Ages ago I found a website about facial massages that help you to relax and sleep but I can't find it now. But it was basically pressure across the forehead and then from the nose outwards all the way down the face.
